“Great location and exceptional value”

This hotel is brand new and it is in a great location- close to the freeways and just far enough outside of Downtown Seattle to not feel the rush of the big city. The breakfast was to die for. It had everything from belgian waffles, eggs, hasbrowns, sausage, bacon, cereals, fresh fruit, donuts, toast, bagels, etc..YUM!!!

This hotel is new and has a lot to give for the price you pay. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that would like to have a great weekend in Bellevue WA.

“Nice experience - Residence Inn Bellevue”

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast included, courteous staff. It is conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown Bellevue with great restaurants and things to do. Close enough to visit downtown Seattle, about 20 minutes. But if Seattle downtown is your destination then you want a closer hotel. The only minor complaint is that they charge nightly for the parking.

“Love it”

This is one of the most convenient hotels around the downtown. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the $10 daily parking fee that they charge.

Friendly respectful staff, great accommodations, and decent market downstairs for those who come in late. Breakfast was pretty decent too.

“Best Hotel Ever!!”

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here and it was amazing!!! The rates were unbelievable,the staff was very friendly and had outstanding had a great customer service. The rooms were beautiful, well laid out and spotless. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture was nice, and there wasn't a spot of dust anywhere. We traveled with our dog who is an American Bulldog, (looks similar to a Pit) and they treated him as if he were no different than a Poodle. They made us feel more than welcome and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

“One of my most pleasant hotel experiences ever!”

We had intended to stay in Bellevue for only a few days and originally booked at Larkspur Landing in Eastgate (Bellevue). We had such an unsatisfactory experience at that hotel (room was not clean when we checked in among other problems. Wrote list of 9 deficient items of which they they only corrected 3 issues and ignored the rest) that when our trip was extended for another four days we switched to this Residence Inn. The experience was like night and day in comparison to Larkspur Landing. This hotel ended up being $20 a night cheaper, but the room amenities were much nicer, though a little tighter quarters, more updated, definitely cleaner, very comfortable bed, and they offered a full hot buffet with a wonderful variety of food items, including fresh waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only cleanliness issue I had was there was a single, long black hair that was over the edge of the tub when we arrived. Not a big deal as the rest of the tub was sparkling clean. Only other issue we had was when my husband tried to hook his computer up to the wireless internet in our room. He couldn't get it to work, so I called the front desk and within five minutes they had an computer tech in our room who corrected the problem within ten minutes. After that everything was perfect! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bellevue in a couple months. This was one of my most pleasant hotel experiences ever!

“just fine”

the hotel is just fine, and the breakfast included was very good. didn't like to have to pay extra for parking!
