“Good Experience”
Wonderful stay!! The staff is nice and help us with our needs. Thanks a lot!!
“Very comfrotable stay.”
Very good value and well trained staff at the front desk and the restaurant.
“Excellent Staff!”
The staff at the Renaissance was absolutely superb! It was our one year anniversary so they upgraded our room at no charge to a corner king suite. Everyone we interacted with during our two night stay was so cheerful and welcoming. My husband unfortunately got sick the first night and was sleeping when the cleaning staff came around. We requested at the front desk if we could just get the linens swapped out and they did it without any problem or argument and again were incredibly nice to interact with. The restaurants were not the best I have ever eaten at but for the price were good enough. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone travelling for business or pleasure.
“Greatest deal in Seattle”
Got a great room with a great view of downtown Seattle. Free parking plus the location of the hotel made out trip perfect. This is my new hotel when we travel to Seattle in the future
“Would return to the hotel”
Loved the bed linens. The only criticism of the hotel is that it is on a hilly street. There are ways to avoid this street when returning to the hotel from the waterfront. Just ask at the desk. Staff was very helpful. Room was well-appointed.
“Great service”
The Downtown Airporter is a nightmare. It's the service you use to get from the airport to the hotel and the bus drivers are absolute idiots. When we finally did get to the hotel and relayed our story to the front desk, they upgraded our room and even found a room with two double beds as opposed to a single king. This did a lot to ease the pain. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us find good restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.
“Coffee please?”
I enjoyed this hotel, but had a difficult time figuring out the bus system. We walked uphill everywhere. Issue with the hotel is no coffee in rooms. It comes with your wake up call, but if you don't call to schedule it, it doesn't come.
“Excellent”
Excellent customer service and concern for the guest
“Nice one for tourists”
The hotel is at the downtown Seattle. I could just walk to all the places of intersts, such as the art museum, the market, water front, aquarium... even the space needle is not far away.
“Only one 'small' drawback”
Except for the size of the room, I can't say enough good things about the Madison Renaissance. I knew the place would be petite (one can see it at their website, if you simply take advantage of the 360-degree view), so that wasn't a surprise. But the quality of room service, the attention of the concierge to every detail, the help in getting around the city, the location of the hotel downtown: all are simply excellent.
