“Most friendly staff”
This was our first time staying in Seattle. The hotel was easy to find. My boyfriend and I walked from the hotel to the center of town when in normal shoes but cabbed it when I was wearing high heals. The staff were so very friendly. One worker was in the elevator as the doors were almost completely shut when we came in to view, he had an easy out it he wanted but he re-opened the doors to invite us in. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I'll be back.
“Can't recommend”
People at the front dest spoke minimum words. Not freiendly at all. They did't even ask me how the stay was as i was checking out. Also it took over 30 minutes for the water to warm up in the shower. Even after 30 minutes, the water never got hot, just luke warm.
“very nice”
Great value, friendly staff.
“Beyond my expectation”
The lobby & room are neat. It looks classy.
“excellent hotel”
Rooms were clean. Service was great . Restaurant in lounge was terrific along with service provided. Breakfast next morning was excellent and reasonable. Will stay here again.
“If the price is right, nab it!”
Had a great stay. Expedia upgraded our room to a corner suite -- very nice. Hotel staff was excellent and we enjoyed the bar and bartenders! Two suggestions: It would have been nice to have robes. And they need to put a night light in the bathroom.
“Pampered”
The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Everything we needed was right there in the hotel and the accommodations were outstanding! Can't wait to go back!
“Nice quality hotel”
This was definitely one of the best hotels I've gone to in terms of quality. The only thing I didn't like was that our room located on the side near the freeway because I woke up a couple times from the freeway noise. Other then that, the hotel was very clean and the room was great.
“Awesome stay”
Hotel was awesome. Great location, staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
“It was a nice clean hotel.”
The concierge, Jean Paul, made a fabulous recommendation for dinner, Vittos Restaurant. I have a garlic allergy and the chef came to our table asked me what I would like and made me one of the best vegetable pastas I have ever eaten. The restaurant has a 50's retro fit with a live excellent jazz band and they have dance floor. It was an excellent evening. The concierge were very helpful on other questions and the staff were very friendly. I also had a good hamburger in the hotel bar on the Thursday evening as nothing is open due to the holiday. The pool area and hot tub were also very nice. The hotel could use a decor update. the rooms were more modern than the rest of the hotel.
