“Comfort and convenience”

We stayed at the Red Lion twice in the last 3 weeks as it is so convenient to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable although I found the bathrooms to be compact. The hotel itself is quiet and restful given it's proximity to the airport and International BLVD. The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient . The courtesy shuttle was friendly, fast and convenient . We will definitely book here again when flying out of Seattle.

“Good Location, Horrible service”

Shuttle service never showed up, quicker to walk to hotel. No heat in room. Customer service was horrible.

“Great location to the airport, great shuttle service.”

The location to the airport is everything, shuttles every 10 minutes and the parking option is very attractive to Canadians flying through Seattle.

“Express Stay”

The room was great for the price, I stayed one night and its just in front of seattle-tacoma airport. I didn't like that on the looby when i checked in (around 11.30pm), there where hotel employees talking very loudly and screaming.

“Convenient Location”

We stayed here because we had a very early morning flight and because this hotel is associated with Master Park which is where we always park our car when traveling. The hotel is not the nicest, but it's not bad. It's actully just fine if you need a place to crash prior to an early morning flight. The Master Park shuttle service was prompt and everyone was very nice.

“Great for a quick stay.”

My wife and I had a 10-hour layover at the Seattle Airport and instead of sleeping on the floor, we decided to book a room at the Red Lion through Expedia. At first, I thought a hotel so close to the airport and affordable would be dive, but I was very satisfied when we got there. The hotel shuttle picked us up quick and check in lasted only a minute. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was also surprisingly pleasant. We would stay there again when we have an extended layover.

“Don't mix up double tree with red lion”

I accidently booked this hotel rather than the double tree next door and I wasn't to worried about it but I will never make that mistake again. List of Problems/dislikes: "room service available".,. Mentioned in directory, memos in room, on the in room phone... No such service available, you must get take out at ajoining restaurant and there are no menus available at the lobby(checked with guy at the counter) or in room you have to walk on over and wait 15 mins. Lobby was flooded or something.., big air fans in. Multiple spots Elevators in awkward locations and very slow Outside parking lot door card readers to get in do not work... Must go through the front door when parking later Electrical receptacles in room in very poor shape... Getting smoky in appearance and worn so much that a 2 prong plug in falls right out. Bathrooms are super small and the tile work/quasi remodel was no where near appealing... Tile didn't line up or end up being level when put on the wall... Super thin walls... Could hear a few rooms down in mine. No paper view services etc In all this hotel is just about being a short pit stop for people coming and going from seatac like i was but travelers on the move want something more than proximity.. Its called comfort manifested through good services like room service, friendly front desk, neat and clean appearance of hotel and room, and overall a feeling of home so a person can relax not feel like he is staying at some falling down motel
