“Great service”
We had a great time! the employee's in the hotel are very kind and always willing to help you. We are very satisfied with the hotel service.
“Very wonderful Hotel”
This hotel was very clean, the service was wonderful, the people very helpful and the amenities fantastic (indoors swimming pool,jacuzzi and exercise room). Close to SEATAC airport and close to many sights, but itself secluded. A very enjoyable experience.
“Great for convenience to Showare Center and freeway.”
Room was ready and clean. They even let us check in 30 minutes early :) The morning staff was not as accomodating.. Had to wait twice for desk clerk to get off personal calls to have a question answered.
“Decent for a cheap stay”
I think it was decent price, but the breakfast area was never kept up and wben asked for assistance it would take forever.
“Not that great an experience.”
The swimming pool was very cold. The hot tub was close to the temperature the pool should have been at. There were never any towels in the pool area. The carpets appeared dirty and old. If I had known that the hotel was so close to a railway line, I wouldn't have selected it. The goods trains started coming through at about 3 am and were incredibly loud.
“Not impressed”
Day hotel staff friendly, night staff slow during check in and could not really point us in the direction of a place to eat that was still open. Carpets in room dirty, would not walk around without shoes on. No clock radio in room. Bathroom was clean and had hot water.
“Unsatifactory..”
My son and I went for a vacation to enjoy ourselves and relax. Things seemed fine at first, until the day after when I realize that there are holes in the bathroom wall, double sided sticky stuff holding the toilet paper roll up and the fact that NO ONE was able to turn my message light off of my phone...so I kept thinking I had messages. Which I had one but was not able to retrieve it. I also experienced, while sitting in the hot tub, as I leant back to rest my arms on the edge, to have found my thumb emerged in what I would call sludge. It almost make me sick. I have some skin conditions and this was unacceptable. The hot tub was absolutely filthy. My trip was uncomfortable and dissapointing.
“Not what you expect from Ramada”
I expected it to be a little nicer. It was also really hard to find.
“Noisy train”
Great hotel, bad location. Every hour and a half a train would whistle at a crossing less than a block away. We slept poorly.
“Place is a Mess - Avoid at All Cost!!”
The rooms are beat up and old. Parts of the wall are crumbling off. Holes are shoddily patched. There is no "Decor" just whatever was cheapest to put in a room. The chairs in my room have disgusting "stains" on them. There is no drain stopper in the sink, so don't get anything too valuable near it. The best is the "Fitness Room". This is literally just 4 walls, old carpet, and 4 ancient cardio machines that don't work. They don't work! Not a single one. There is a water cooler, but it has no water bottle on top of it. But that's OK because you won't get thirsty. These machines look like they were picked up from Goodwill. The only machine that remotely functions is the ancient, horrible, upright lifecycle. You can pedal it, but don't select a program that requires heart rate input, because the contacts are broken off. You can do "Manual" except the machine is so tweaked that you can barely pedal except on the lowest settings. Also wonderful was the fact that the desk manager told me I can't redeem points with Choice Privileges because I booked through Egencia/Expedia. That's the only reason I picked this hell-hole!!! Seriously, I know this place employs people, but it really should be closed down.
