The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Bedroom windows faced a main road and had no soundproofing; just cushioned blinds that had no effect on the noise. Was woken up repeatedly each night and sleep was impossible after 645am. Would never stay here again, and would not recommend to anyone. Amazed that they think this window design is a good idea.

Great and close to most things. Pro tip - get off at Westlake station I think it’s C1 exit and walk 2 blocks. Hotel is there. Train is about 3 bucks but you can get a day pass for 11-12 if you buy the card. Restaurant closes early on Sundays. Plan around that. Happy hour is nice and everyone is friendly. Grab a City Pass to see most major attractions. Do NOT use it for the boat tour online they charge fees. Instead go into the office itself and use the pass. Pikes place is nice but use it for food not tourist trap stuff and to look. Watch out for the homeless - they are mostly harmless just super drugged out. Also Super H mart is across the street don’t eat the crap in the room they charge you - 17 bucks for a bottle of water? Like what? Super H has booze, water and easy to carry food. Target nearby as well. Stay away from that McDonalds the homeless congregate. Coffee in the room is free - small cup - but free. Water bottle refill station in the restaurant. If it’s closed the desk clerk can get you some and it’s free! So bring a bottle. FYI they don’t do ice water here as normal - you need to ask. They do not I repeat do not have 24 hour places as the norm but there is a IHOP you can Uber to if needed and some late night dive places.

Great location and would return for this reason! But with this location comes with some pretty loud noises at random hours of the day and night- no wonder ear plugs were provided 😂 , didn’t love that our view was to other room across the way so there was no opportunity to keep curtains open. Great staff and convenient restaurant in hotel.

They have a major issue with WiFi. Has been ongoing for months yet did not tell us. No WiFi in rooms for our entire stay. No WiFi also means no TV. No WiFi in lobby most of the time too. Huge problem if working or want to wifi-call home. Room facilities less than comfortable and unhygienic, washbasin was outside toilet

The property is very pretty and comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily. The restaurant was really good. The proximity to places was te best. The only thing is that if dont like noise, this is not the place for you. My husband and i didnt mind the noise, we actually slept very well. It helped that the bed was extremely comfortable and that we live in a corner home next to a busy street. The emplyees were very helpful with information about transportation and tips. I have nothing bad to say about this great hotel.

We stayed on the highest floor, floor 4 and could hear everything happening outside. The windows were closed, but they are too thin. There is only one elevator and it is very slow.

Parking is $33 a day and 3 blocks away. Everything cost. Water in room cost. Snacks cost. Elevator sounds like kids are screaming under it for help. Had to move rooms because the tv didn’t work and they acted like it was a normal thing? You can find better tbh

It's in the busiest parts of the city across the street from Pike Place Market There will be traffic noise, that's not a dig on the hotel that's the perk. Bed and Pillows are comfortable. My wife did wish that they had a brighter light in the bathroom for putting on makeup.

This hotel was centrally located. Literally steps from the Pike Place Market. Location-wise, you cannot beat this place, its close to everything! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby area has a really nice lounge that I used to get some work done, outside of my room. Now the rooms are for sure on the smaller side, hence the 4 starts instead of 5. Nevertheless I'd come back to Palihotel.

If you're planning on doing mostly walking, this is a great location. Steps away from Pike Place, 20-minute walk from the Space Needle, lots of food / shopping options near-by, great place to stay to see the downtown area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is really quirky and it was a cool stay. Obviously it's right downtown in a big city, so its not quiet (yay 5am garbage trucks) and I did wish the kitchen in the restaurant was open a little later. But overall it was a great "home base" to explore from and I would absolutely stay again.

Pros: super friendly staff, cute hotel, attached restaurant is very good, across the street from Pike Place Market Cons: so many homeless people using drugs around the hotel, parking is about 2 blocks away (and $30/day)- very shady and tons of homeless around that area as well, rooms are very dark with dim lighting, making it hard to do hair/ make up, everything is incredibly expensive— the water in the room for you is $13 a bottle! And they don’t offer free water. Recommend going to target around the corner or HMart across the street.
