“Looking forward to my next visit!”

First time in Seattle, and wanted to experience a bit of history in a hotel stay and the choice of the MarQueen exceeded our expectations. Staff extremely helpful and accomadating. To bad it's a hotel and not an apartment otherwise I would move there.

“Excellent value”

The Marqueen is a very comfortable old hotel, for those who prefer an historic hotel over the typical business/convention facility. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I stayed for five days during a conference and really got to know the hotel and the neighborhood. My room was comfortable, with a kitchen, large bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area and large room. It had that well-worn look, with old oak floors and oriental rugs. It is about a half mile walk to the monorail to downtown and just a couple blocks from Key Arena and Seattle Center. There are several good restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again next visit to Seattle.

“A beautiful hotel in a great location!”

Besides the fact that we got stuck in a handicapped room, this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly. The valet service was quick when we needed our car from the garage. This hotel is also in a great location - within walking distance to the Space Needle, various museums, restaurants, and also alternative transportation such as the monorail and streetcar.

“Great value--excellent location”

This is a turn of the century hotel that is extremely well preserved and comfortable. The rooms have kitchens and breakfast nooks. The staff was very helpful. It felt like you were back in the 1920s with the hardwood floors and elegant staircase. They don't build hotels like this anymore. This is a perfect location for attending events at the Key Arena.

“Quality hotel with great places to eat nearby!”

This hotel is perfect for an extended stay (small kitchen and lots of room), or just a night on the town. The restaurants in the surrounding area are amazing, and the location is perfect. They need to post their $25 per night parking fee, however.

“Charming! Can't wait to go back.”

Charming, sweet, good sized rooms with kitchen and sitting room. Antiques around, sweetly done, staff was wonderful, and across the street from the amazing Toulouse Petit New Orleans style restaurant with the best Happy Hour in town, and surrounded by other great restaurants as well. Walking distance to downtown (we even walked to Pill Hill).

“Great Hotel For Families!!!”

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Marqueen. The room was spacious and the kitchen was very good to have for snacks, drinks, leftovers, etc. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although not in the center of the city, the location is very close to Seattle Center, the Space Needle, the International Fountain, Key Arena, etc. We easily got downtown by using the Monorail or public transportation. There are numerous great restaurants in the surrounding area within walking distance. There is also a grocery store and drug store within a block of the hotel, also very handy.

“Can't wait to go back!”

While visiting my sister we stayed at the Marqueen. The location was perfect. Located in a great neighborhood with lots of things to do, great places to eat and very near two great grocery stores. The staff was very pleasant and always easily accessible. The rooms were beautiful and very roomy. The "kitchenette" is actually more like a regualr kitchen and made it very easy to keep good food on hand for my family. Everything about this hotel made us feel at home. We will definitely return to the Marqueen for our next visit to Seattle and will recommend it to all our family who come for a visit. Thank you so much for making our first visit so wonderful. We look foward to many more!
