“Felt like a queen!”
Loved everything about this hotel-location, decor, and especially the staff! They worked so hard to make sure we had a great stay. Would love to stay here next time I'm in Seattle.
“Making them our regular stay”
Our flight got in extremley early and the staff was super nice about getting us in a room early so we could take a quick nap before hitting the town and sights. Our room was a very spacious mini apartment, consisting of a kitchenette, sitting room with a couch two chairs and a desk with a tv, bedroom with a huge california king also with a tv, and a very nice bathroom. The huge windows with elegant dressings gave great naturally light during the day and with black out blinds left it dark at night. The bed itself was amazing with an alarm clock with a docking station for an ipod or iphone. The building itself was very clean and very old school, very cool. The base staff was awsome with a couple of people that couldn't care less who we were behind the desk. I was most disapointed in the lack of parking, as in none. Our choice was pay a curbside, pay for any lot, or pay for valet, anyway you had to pay. I recomend valet, small price to pay. Our family plans on more trips to the greater Seattle area and am planning on staying at the MarQueen Hotel for years to come. Just north of the hotel is a remarkable dueling pianoes bar, which from Montana is an amazing sight, recomended if you have never seen such a thing.
“Its a great historic hotel full of charm.”
the hotel is small and not modern at all, but its a little jewel charm. The rooms are very spacious and great for long term stays. The staff was very helpful and seemed to really care about their guest. I was only there for one night, but I still manage to experience their breakfast service and internet. The areas is also great for running and exploring.
“clean large kind but poor breakfast”

“Charm and Hospitality = a great place to stay!”
From the moment we walked in, we were treated as guests, not customers! Our room was upgraded and a welcoming wine reception with appetizers from 10-Mercer Restaurant were complementary. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night vacation! One caution: there is no elevator. But, no matter! Rick, the very hospitable doorman / valet / conceirege graciously carried our luggage to our room all the while offering information about the hotel and area.
“Wonderful service and superb ammenities”
I loved the MarQueen! It is an old building so not for the person who like sleek and smooth but it was so lovely with beautiful furnishings. It is a very small hotel but very well staffed with friendly people. Our room had wonderful linens, super comfortable beds, fluffy bath robes and a full kitchen. There was a separate sitting room and dining area so there was ample space to work and rest. I would highly recommend the MarQueen. The Queen Anne neighborhood is a wonderful place to stay with convenient transportation to all the major attractions and easily walkable to the Space Needle.
“Great Stay”
Your getting a good deal for the price!
“Wonderful stay.”
I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the MarQueen Hotel. Although the hotel isnt exactly in the downtown hotel district, the fact that it was conveniently located at a bus stop with a direct route to downtown (only a few stops away) and that it was really a walking distance to Pikes Market, The location was fine, nestled in a great little neighborhood with cute boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel has generously sized rooms with kitchenettes and walk-in closet. The hotel's decor is charming and its staff gracious and very welcoming. To top of my stay, I even had a nice view of the Sound. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the MarQueen and would gladly recommend travelers to stay there.
“Great Location”
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - so many things to do within walking distance. The only drawback was how far I had to go when I wanted a cigarette. I don't mind going outside to smoke (in fact, I prefer it), but climbing 3 flights of stairs every time I went outside was not enjoyable.
“Not badSt”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is tired. Went to Teatro Seattle so hotel was convenient. Breakfast was minimal.
