“Excellent value for money”
For the price, this was a very good inn-like hotel within walking distance of the Space Needle. The room (and the rest of the hotel) was clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked new and was spacious, odorless and immaculately clean. Don't expect a spectacular view (our room looked out to a wall) or a luxurious lobby - this is a great utilitarian inn that can serve as a clean and comfortable base for sleeping over while you spend the day touring Seattle. The overground parking area was a little tight and difficult to get in and out of, but there was more parking space underground that we didn't get to see. The neighborhood appeared to be safe and walkable at night. We (two of us) walked around 10 blocks from a restaurant downtown to the hotel at around 11pm and didn't feel uneasy.
“Great to relax”
My room was comfortable and quiet. It was walking distance to everything and great to come back to at the end of the day to relax. For the price it was great and would consider staying there next time I go back.
“Best Hotel”
Extremely satisfied, clean room and new because is remodelate, good services in front desk, room big, clean carpet, big bathroom, nice place.
“Clean, Comfortable and Convenient”
This hotel was the perfect choice for our vacation in Seattle. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it was very nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The business center was useful. The complimentary breakfast was more than 'continental' it included scrambled eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy. The location was easy to find and made it easy for us to walk to all of our destinations including the space needle, downtown and Pike Place. We would certainly stay here again.
“Great hotel”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of questions on how to get to the airport and how to get around to see the sites. The room was clean (and I am picky about that) and nice. They provide continental breakfast which included make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee which is great when traveling. My 5 yr old loved the fish tank in the lobby. It was a 10 min walk to the space needle and about 15-20 min walk to Pike's place and the piers. Nice location, nice hotel.
“Good stay”
We liked the hotel's location, within 20-30 minutes walking distance to the Needle and Public Market, and 10-minute drive to I-5 which we traveled north or south practically every day of our 6-day stay. Staff was nice and answered our visitor questions. Complimentary breakfast was convenient and good. Laundromat facilities convenient and inexpensive. Access to computer and printer good. Except for one night (party in next room), room was quiet. Room was comfortable and clean.
“Perfect stay”
We thought the hotel was in perfect proximity to both the Space Needle and the downtown shops. The bus line is close by if you don't want to walk. The malted waffles at the complimentary breakfast were really good, and I usually don't like waffles. We'd definitely stay there again.
“Great hotel, awesome breakfast, flaky wifi.”
Outstanding value for downtown Seattle travel. We were here for 3 nights over a weekend for the Harvest Crusade with Greg Laurie. It is centrally located for a short walk to the Space Needle, Pike's Place Market, or downtown. The only bad thing we experienced is the wifi at the hotel. Contrary to the description, no LAN is in place any more, so it's all in-room wifi, and it's flaky. You have to connect and validate a tos every time you shut your laptop and reconnect. It is provided by a 3rd party. They have good customer service, but overall, it was the most problematic wifi experience I've had anywhere, which could be frustrating for business travel. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING, a huge value, and savings.
“Really cosy!”
The place was really cosy, and had parking underground, with complimentary breakfast in the morning which was really good and all quite affordable. We did have a bit of a tough time fitting our truck in parking lot, but we parked right opposite the hotel overnight, and it worked out. Overall i would stay at this hotel again.
“Great place to stay”
I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room during my stay. I always look around the edges in the bathroom to determine how clean a room really is and this was probably the cleanest I have ever experienced. The bed was very comfortable and the room was good size. Walking distance to Seattle Center, Belltown. Will be my first choice for a downtown stay in the future.
