“Great service, great beds”

We were in town for an NFL game. When we checked in, the front desk girl let us know everything we needed to know. She was very friendly and helpful. We slept on the pull out bed which was surprisingly very comfortable, the bed was plush and soft and nice. I would stay again. This place is within walking distance to so much, and our cab drive back was inexpesive.

“Very comvenient”

A good place to start to walk around the city and find good foods and shopping. One thing to improve is the smell of the sanitizer they used for their carpets.

“Four star quality for two star price.”

I needed a place to stay in downtown Seattle that a) wouldn't cost a fortune and b) wouln't give me a disease. This fit both. I was surprised that the beds were queen sized. I was expecting a double from the price. The outside looks a little shady but the lobby is nicely up to date. Room was a little small but I was only there to sleep. The hallways smelled like an old womans house, but the carpets were just cleaned. No smell in the room though. Parking was easy. Only a few blocks from either downtown or seattle center. I will definitely stay there again.

“Downtown Seattle's Best Hotel”

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is located walking distance from all the attractions of downtown Seattle, including The Space Needle. Very easy access to the highway. The staff is very professional and kind. Breakfast every morning is included which is a money and time saver. The rooms are very clean and spacious. This location is also pet friendly with a park located just a block away for your little furry friend. Free parking...a huge bonus for downtown Seattle.

“Decent. don't get your hopes up.”

This hotel is ok. Nothing fancy or nothing wild. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. It is a little on the off street between busy ones so it can be a trick to get there. Not as close to downtown as you may think. Overall. if you were passing through town and looking for a place to stay for the night, its a good choice. If you are on vacation and want to explore what seattle has, I would spend the money and get something in the heart of downtown.

“Excellent hotel”

It is worth to recommend to all travelers based on the friendly service and the good facilities this hotel provided. The price is very reasonable. The only problem is the parking lots in the basement, they are very narrow for a full size car.

All good. Even at 8:30 in the evening when the complimentary breakfast area was out of hot chocolale the receptionist went in the back and got a new supply. All clean, especially the smell. Very helpful staff. 4.99 out of 5.0.

“Nice room, bad internet”

Rooms were very comfortable. Location was good and free parking was a plus. Continental breakfast was nice with waffles, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt available. My main problem was that the internet (free as well) was very very slow, especially in the evenings. Also, the cable in our room was not working correctly, but it was fine in the room of our travel companions. If these two things were corrected, then our stay would have been excellent.
