“Never return”

This place was lower class motel type of accomodations. I was ashamed that my children had to reside there even for one night. There was a lot of street traffic and prostitution and drug deals taking place and it was not a place for a family at all.

Area recommendations
Belltown but not the Kings Hotel it is gross. Also QueenHille Near SPU it is very nice and the residence are friendly. Closer to downtown macy's area has nice hotels.

“Good Value”

Room was okay, about what we were expecting. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

“Clearly dated and rundown but...”

Its quite obvious that this place is dated and is in need of some major work to restore it. The room was cleaner than expected based on some of the other reviews. When you walk in at the front desk you can tell right away that whoever owns the place is just in it to milk out as much cash as possible. Everything is falling apart or patched together, stacks of receipts stored out in plain site, counter person who did not even ask for ID, just threw me the key and said your all set... Key. I have not seen a real key for a hotel in... forever.

Traveller's tip
Fridge and Microwave worked fine. Has free WiFi internet and free parking. Was the cheapest place one could get during this busy cruise ship season. Other places in the same area were $200+ at that time and they charge for internet and as high as $30 a night for parking. Bring your own coffee, filters and mugs if you want to use the in room coffee maker though.

“Worst stay in USA”

Wind and sounds comes through the door and window that you get the feeling both are open. Bathroom was not nice to take a shower. I absolutely can not recommend this place.
