The hotel was not that terrible as some of the early reviews described. Maybe they have listened. I found that the hotel was a really comfortable and affordable place.

“Hotel needs redecoration!”

As an older budget hotel, this one has excellent amenities and is very clean. New aluminum windows, wi-fi, coffee, fridge, microwave -- BUT it badly needs a new carpet- old one is fraying - and a professional paint job. There are 2 bedrooms and one could be turned into a living type room to make it a suite. As it is, it looks shabby. They are trying, but more needs to be done! A king size spread on a queen size bed is also shabby! With decorating help, the older furniture could make it an art deco treasure.

“Buget Hotel”

This was not a great hotel, but if you are on a budget it isn't too bad. Very close to downtown and a place to lay your head. Staff was friendly.

Reading the other reviews I was really unsure of what to expect. While this motel is neither modern nor charming it was the best value for our budget (students). If you keep in mind that the rooms are old, but clean and if you expect nothing more than the basic requirements this place is decent. It is within walking distance to all the major attractions (Space Needle, Pike Market etc.) which is the real appeal of this place. Parking is free if all the spots are not taken, if they are your expected to find parking elsewhere and eat the cost. If you are on a budget this place is fine, but if you can afford extra you would probably be happier to do so.

“Average budget hotel”

Well, the room needs renovation. However, the basics were there. So, I'm fine with the price I paid for. There was just one simple door lock to the room which has direct access from outside. So, security level may not be high.
