“Very comfortable stay with good amenities”

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The shuttle was helpful because I didn't have a car. They took me to/from the airport and also to the local mall. Nice walking trails around the hotel. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff was friendly and the shuttle would drop you off within a 5 mile radius of the hotel upon request, along with making runs to the airport, free of charge. I would recommend this hotel.

“Perfect Place”

My old childhood friend and I met here to have a reunion of us and our siblings. This was a comfortable, contemporary, and spacious suite which was perfect for our stay. Wonderful free breakfasts and friendly staff plus close to freeways without noise. Loved the fireplace and kitchen which felt like home. Definitely recommended!

“Noisy Neighbors Ruin a Night”

Hotel seemed nice, but some patrons were a little loud and obnoxious. Our neighbors were noisy all night long and when my husband went to call the front desk about the noise, someone pulled the fire alarm--this was at 2am! The alarm lasted for 30 minutes until the fire department was able to turn it off. We had to get up and leave at 4am for a flight out of SeaTac and basically didn't sleep the whole night. The hotel itself was nice, but management did little to mitigate the noise and rowdy partiers. There was no offer of compensation or even a free stay. We will not stay at another Homewood Suites, even though the rooms were nice, because our experience was so awful.

“Never dissapointed”

We seek this hotel out when we go to Seattle for games, and many other visits. 10min down I-5 from Spo Street exit's near stadiums. SUPER easy to find, and 4min from SouthCenter Mall. Not on main drag. We usually see no point in paying for downtown Seattle. Once there ... the studio aspect is bonus. Fridge/micro/stove/pots&pans/dishes, etc. We stop and stock before check-in, and could really NOT eat out during our entire stay. Delicous HOT/BIG brkfst served daily, and dinner served weeknights. And NO cattle-herd lines like an Embassy for cold pancakes. Again, we book this hotel w/confidence. Everytime .....

“Excellent experience!”

We just needed a place for the last night of our vacation close to Sea-Tac...we got so much more!! And for an amazing price. The staff was very welcoming and gracious - they offerred to take us anywhere you wanted for dinner or to the mall or the movies - all close but just a bit out of walking distance. The suite was lovely - nice sized living area with fireplace (log provided) and balcony; cute separate kitchen and eating area; wonderful large bedroom with king-sized poster bed that was super comfy. Breakfast was great and started early (6am) so we could eat before out early flight - belgian waffles fresh made, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as all the normal continental fare. Shuttle to the airport (also complementary) left precisely on time and very efficient. We were floored - what a wonderful value for the price. We come to the area twice a year to visit family and we plan to stay here on the last night every time!!

The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location to the places where we went. The staff were so helpful. Will surely stay on the same hotel sometime.

“Wish Hotel Staff was as nice as the hotelll it self!”

The hotel was very nice as for the staff not so good. I called a couple times to confirm my stay and my dogs as well as the size of them. The advised it would be no problem for us to take the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel......WRONG!!! The first time I called the advised that I wasn't booked at thier hotel. I confirmed with my travel orders and called back and they advised the same thing. I then asked if they needed by reservation number and then they found it. Now, I am book and trying to get the shuttle dor two people, luggage, and two dogs with the kennels. The receptionist advised that they would be in route and to leave a number so I did. About an hour and half later I called back and they advised I wasn't booked at the hotel and we did the whole number again!!!!! When I was confirmed again I was advised that no one was in route and that the don't have a shuttle big enough for us. Long story short and $300 later and about three hours later, I paid for a rental car. The room was very nice and the area was awesome. Would I stay again, yes, but I would make car rental arrangements first and avoid all the frustration and time. I even spoke to the manager and they did nothing or offered nothing to cover for the lack of service to us
