“I don't want to stay any more and bad front desk service”
no shuttle bus service to the airport and to the hotel is inconvenient, bad front desk services.
“Never Again - Rude Staff”
Staff was very rude. Left front desk unoccupied and didn't have our room ready for check in. We missed dinner reservations and had to grab dinner on the go before baseball game. Then it took 30 minutes to check out because no one was at the front desk. NEVER AGAIN!
“Smelly Hotel in Southcenter”
We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. It smelled like mold and body odor when we entered the room. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower curtain needed to be washed and sanitized. We think this was extremely over priced for the quality and cleanliness of this room... Also they did not offer Continental breakfast nor did they have toiletries available for use. Very very disappointing!!!
