“Quite good”

Sink drain seemed to be partly plugged. This is my most common problem in hotels.

“I would stay here again for sure.”

Very nice. Great location off 90E-W. Staff was available when I arrived very late.

“Nice”

The front desk clerk the afternoon we checked in was wonderful. The room was great. The only complaint that we had was that the mattress was hard and the box springs were very noisy any time we moved. It was a very nice hotel.

“Great place.”

Overall this is a great place. Loved the kitchen counter to work on, a chair and ottoman to relax on. Having a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove and dishes and sink made it nice to be able to make a small meal. The free internet and parking are great perks. Way better than a just a room.

“Ok, but could be better”

It was a decent hotel for the price. The only thing is that they claimed they didn't have another non-smoking room other than the one that just had the carpets cleaned. I ended up having to go with that room (which still smelled like smoke might I add, cig burns in the bedding and all) damp feet and everything.

“Good”

I had a very nice stay at HomeStead for a week. I would recommend this hotel to people who want privacy.

“Consider this pleasant surpise.”

We were most surprised to find this little, clean hotel hidden on a hill between large buildings. Set above the highway, the sound of cars is not that bad at all. The front staff were very helpful, happily printing us off google maps for our travels. Our biggest complaint was the VERY squeeky, creaky bed frame that made every movement an announcement and it did greatly effect our sleep. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here but will check out the bed first. The room had evrything you need as far as kitchen items, table to sit at and places to put your suitcase. A good find.

“Needs some work”

Overall the hotel was fine. It is in desperate need of some updating. Half of the outlets and lights in my room did not work and fuses kept blowing. If you're there for an extended stay, don't plan on staying in your room. Only 8 channels on the television with 5 of them ESPN.
