“Location is great but not much else =/”

We had to be in town for a week so we thought an extended stay would be great.The office staff was friendly at check-in but the rest of our stay was not so great. Really uncomfortable beds,flat pillows and worn furniture. The kitchenettes didn't seem clean at all-stained and worn appliances, counters,not sure the dishes and silverware had been washed,etc...We opted to buy paper and plastic. No maid service except by request, no extra towels. We saw the overflowing outdoor ashtrays and an employee throw his cigarette on the ground when he was done and walk away.Full garbage cans and spilled garbage on the stairs. Seems like this could be a nice place to stay, but the lack of attention from the employees is really obvious. Good things- Our room did have a big refrigerator that was nice to have.And there is a Safeway and lots of restaurants close by.Easy access in all directions.

“Good Enough”

Not bad for the price. The location is conveniently located immediately off the highway. There is a strip mall in the area for all your basic needs. The hotel is clean and quiet.

“Good value”

No extra's but excellent value and location for the area. 80s era rooms, but clean with good service. Note that you need to pay a small one-time fee for wireless internet which was not communicated by expedia.

“Very nice, clean and convienent location.”

It was suprised for the price it was much nicer than expected and the in room kitchen was awesome! Nearby easy on/off the freeway access and close to a nice local shopping area for groceries, meals and gas, etc. I'd definitely stay there again... without question. Great value, quiet and very clean.

“Not so much....Look elsewhere!”

Room in desparate need of maintenance. Shower wouldn't drain and released "black" stuff back into the tub. Overall pretty gross :(

“I'll definitely be back”

My room was very clean. Furnishings are minimal but very adequate. Kitchen utensils, pans, dishes for 2 servings....but adequate for warming up food. The price and location are exceptional and I definitely will be back.

Area recommendations

Factoria has many conveniences...grocery stores, Target, freeway entrance, several restaurants, within 1 mile. Freeway entrance to Seattle "at the bottom of the hill", less than a mile. Movie theater is walking distance.

“comfortable quiet”

Staff very helpful and courteous. room was comfortable with kitchenette, dishes, glass and silverware. was able to cook my own dinner from scratch. I like that sort of thing.

Area recommendations

This area is quiet and comfortable. freeway and mass transit system make all attractions easy to access from most parts of the SEATAC area

“Homestead Bellevue”

After having read reviews of the Homestead, I admit I was concerned. I was wrong. The front desk person was kind and professional. In addition to the coffee provided in the room, there was great coffee there every morning. The room was clean and bright. The bath drain was slow, but unless the previous occupant had notified the management, they would not have known. My other issue happens at most hotels where I stay-very flat pillows! The surrounding area are businesses but there is a shopping area within walking distance with restaurants and a pharmacy.
