“Great place for an overnight or...”

Convenient and friendly staff. Check-in was quick and efficient. Nice to have restaurant w/good service people early in the am. Shuttle runs are timed perfectly. Had a good night's rest and ready to go the next morning. Place was clean and comfortable.

“Very professional and friendly”

The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was conveniently located for transport into and out of Seattle. The rooms, while modest in size were clean and functional.

“Very good price and nice place”

If you are going to stay only for a short time (1 or two nights), this is the right hotel for you. Employees were very friendly and it has a small restaurant with full service and good coffee.

“Great Value”

Under the circumstances (bad weather/flight delays, etc) a lot of the employees couldn't get to work and the ones that did worked very hard. The front desk kept a professional, cheerful outlook regardless of some tired ill mannered customers. One suggesion is they should have a phone number inside the airport terminal to call the courtesy van for customer pick up. If we had been foreigners we would not have known to go outside to the bus terminal to find the phone number.

“A good hotel near Seatac Intern'l Airport”

The hotel is in itself comfortable and clean. The room was neat, clean and well maintained. No signs of wear and tear. There was some confusion whether this was the Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn. It is not clear that there are two separate places, especially when you waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport. The customer service at the front desk was very friendly. The price was was between expensive and economical - good if you are wanting a fancy place to just sleep for the night.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

I was skeptical upon booking but pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The lobby was very pleasing and try as I might (self-confessed hotel snob that I am), I couldn't find anything to complain about regarding the room. Even had a small live bamboo plant in the bathroom! Great place to stay the night before catching an early flight. Airport shuttle was prompt and clean with a nice driver. I'll definitely stay there again.
