Hotel was okay, the only thing about the cleaning was the people before us left two socks on a closet light and it was still there after l week

The room was clean but small, the staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The chair in the room was creaky and the hotel had an overall slightly worn look to it. I would have been upset had I paid the "normal" rate, instead of the online special, because it definitely was not a room that justified the full rate quoted.

“convenient for airport travel”

We chose the hotel for proximity to airport and free shuttle. It was comfortable. They are remodeling and updating at the moment, but we were not disturbed.

I've used this hotel for years on business trips to Seattle and have never been disappointed. the rooms are ALWAYS clean and the food is very good as well. Moreover, it's located close to most of what a traveler needs: movies, drug stores etc. I highly recommend it to anyone whether business or pleasure.

I will recommend this hotel and personally will come back . Location is very good close to the airport , and big shopping mall. Hotel offers shuttle to ether place, so you will find this very helpful. Place is clean , rooms a modern. Staff is friendly .

“Great hotel for the price”

I selected this hotel through the mystery deal and was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and quiet. The shower was great with good water pressure. We were mostly impressed with their shuttle service. Although we had rented a car, we didn't want to drive into Seattle and have to search for parking. The person at the front desk recommended we take the hotel shuttle to the sound transit station in Tukwila and then ride into Seattle on the light rail. This was great as I don't think we would have been able to find the light rail station by ourselves. :) The driver was even nice enough to let us know to call the hotel when we arrive back from Seattle and they could come and pick us up! I was not aware that the hotel shuttle will give you a ride for free anywhere within a two mile vicinity from the hotel. This is a great service!
