“nice hotel”

near highway 405, easy to access. simple, but have everything we need. clean and really comfortable. I will come back.

Great hotel. Only suggestions for improvement are that I called to ask for help with directions (didn't have access to a computer or GPS) and the person who answered could only offer help if I was coming from one direction. Also, the breakfast buffet did not offer Holiday Inn's cinnamon rolls - which they advertise all over the country.... we really missed those! Otherwise, great hotel; clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient.

The hotel was a decent place.

No real big surprises. Staff is friendly. Hotel is close to highway exit and entrance. The only thing is it is located near industrial parks although downtown Kent is not too far away.

“Kent's Best Hotel”

It was a last minute choice when I made the reservation to this hotel. I was really not expecting to be a good place because I already had a bad experience in Orlando, FL with the same brand name of this hotel. I was wrong. I was really surprised with the staff (very nice people) and every thing was clean and neat. I was very pleased and want to came back. Thank you Holliday Inn in Kent, WA.

“Nothin special, pretty average”

It was a great stay and the staff was super nice. Breakfast was decent, but the rooms are pretty cramped. I had a king bed regular room and it felt like a closet someone tried to fit a bunch of furniture into. But other than that, room service was great and it was in close proximity to alot of stuff

“Good Hotel”

The room was clean and the beds are comfy, but next time I will bring my own pillows. The pool was great but outdoors, which was ok because the weather was good. The breakfast was very good but there was no place to sit as there was so many people in the dining area. Overall it was a good stay

“clean and comfortable”

we arrived at night time and first time in Seattle. The front desk lady is not very friendly, she checked us in and gave a a map of the hotel and told us briefly the location of the room. We never realize that as soon as you passed through the first hallway, there seem like a never ending out door hallway and with all our luggage it was just awkward. I just hope that the front desk will be more considerate and take a little bit more time to explain the direction of the room.

“Fine”

Took a night shuttle from Seatac and then rented a car from budget down the street the next morning - saved a lot on the rental by not using the Seatac site. Hotel was fine.
