The hotel felt new and modern. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our standard room had everything we needed including a microwave and refrigerator and the kids enjoyed the pool before bedtime. Breakfast was very nice as well!

The room was extremely clean. Could not hear guests through the walls. Also, I enjoyed using their superb toilletries--excellent quality. The desk clerk was very welcoming. I would stary there again.

Very impressed with the hotel overall. Very clean and the room was spacious and well appointed. Loved the complimentary breakfeast a very nice feature. Location to malls and Seattle couldn't be better.

“Definitely Stay Here While It's Still Brand New”

This place is BRAND NEW. I'm sure that in time the same set of complaints will arise -- that it looks dated, that things are dirty, etc. But, for now, it's hard to imagine anyone having any complaints. The king bed was very comfortable -- the linens were sparkling white. In the bathroom, it was difficult to tell if anyone had ever used it before. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I didn't get to try the free breakfast, but the kitchen area looked as clean and new as the rest of the place. I was in Lynnwood for business and I imagine it's not a travel destination. But, even in small town like Lynnwood, there were plenty of places to eat that are close by. The nearby mall is very good.

“Plan to stay there again”

The location was perfect for visiting our friends for a graduation party. We plan to go back to visit again and stay at the Holiday Inn Express because of it's proximity to the I-5 Corriedor and the mall.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected. Internet speed was better than any hotel I've stayed in. Would use again for business.
