“Very nice”

This is a great little hotel. A bit far from down town and Pikes Market but a stay here plus a town-car ride too and back from Pikes was less then most downtown hotels. The Restaurant was excellent and the service was 5 stars. My wife and I both loved it - we will be back.

“Short family stay”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel (2 adults and 2 kids). We were only staying 1 night to catch a flight the next morning. We would have liked to have stayed longer and enjoyed the pool and exercise room! We found the restaurant a little pricey and the options for food limited. The staff were very nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was easy.

The hotel was fantastic, staff was great. Do not eat at the restaurant the service was poor and the food was mediocre at best and highly overpriced.

“Disappointed”

The person who checked us in was not as pleasant as they could have been. The bed was comfortable, but was not what we were expecting in the room. We felt like we were rushed in the end, as house cleaning came into our room at 8:00 on check out day and asked if we were ready to leave, even though check out time was not until 10:00. When we checked out, the host did not ask if we enjoyed out stay, and it seemed like she was being hassled by us when we had questions about checking out.

“Wait until the renovations are finished”

A massive and very noisy renovation project made for a rather unpleasant stay. When walking from the parking garage to check-in, signage directed me along a very circuitous route around the construction and through the hotel, when I could have cut the distance in half by walking outside. The service was indifferent, and the construction noise made it impossible to remain in the public areas for more than a few minutes. With the hotel restaurant closed for renovations, meal service has been moved to a conference room, but the prices have not been adjusted to reflect the inferior experience. At least our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
