The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel was a mixed bag. Traffic noise from the intersection of Boren Ave and Howell St was nearly a constant issue. This property is near the edge of the downtown hotel district, and some of the bordering neighborhoods require an extra measure of caution when walking or diving through.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t get the room that I booked. Was not told about it. Horrible horrible customer service and very disrespectful. The 2 folks who were working at 4 PM on 5/19 Saturday in the lobby are horrible at their job and seemed like they didn’t even wanna be employed. Made me feel like I should’ve went somewhere else. You should definitely follow up with these employees as this is a very bad look for a top tier hotel. Will not be coming back. First & last time. They need different jobs, maybe door dashing where they don’t have to speak to customers.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Prior to even check in, they made our 8AM arrival into the city smooth and hassle free. We checked in our luggage safely while awaiting check in time. Rachel made it all happen and her coworker gave a great activity suggestions and provided a map.

This stay was disappointing as the front desk staff had no costumer service. Upon parking, signs to enter the hotel were extremely unclear and lead you to another business within the same building. No where upon booking does it depict that it costs another $60 plus to park your car in the hiltons garage for the night, having to move it by 7am either way. I ended up parking in the lot across the street for $20. The jets were broken in the hot tub downstairs, and no breakfast was included. The rooms was comfortable enough but nothing special about it.

Thank you for your comments. I will have our engineering team double check that the hot tub. We do make sure that our parking price is very competitive downtown and do post this cost on all websites. Guests get secure underground parking with in and out privileges. We hope you return.

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here in the last couple of years to watch the Braves play the Mariners. We love the location because of the access to I-5 and the walkability to reataurants and T-Mobile Park.

We enjoyed this hotel for the convenience of location and accessibility of parking. However, the shower room near the pool was in poorly cleaned and hot tub was not warm at all for two of the days we stayed. Overall, the room was in good condition.

We do make sure that our overnight parking rate is very competitive in downtown with other hotels and we offer in and out privileges. We do list this cost on all websites as well. We appreciate you staying with us.

It was right in downtown parking is not free but it was very convenient to have the parking garage. The hotel is very nice and beautiful, breakfast was good the room was nice and clean, pool and hot tub were great too a little smaller than expected but kids really had a blast, we enjoyed our stay will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

The gentleman who checked us in (I wish I remembered his name!) was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to tell us about the amenities, dinning options, parking and local attractions. He has excellent customer service. Thanks to him we started out with a great experience on our stay.

We stayed in several hotels over this trip. This was by far the best experience. I don't have time to go on and on about the good things. The only issue we had was the cost of the parking was $69 US a day.

The last min charges added on to my stay has been ridiculous. Parking was $64 that they dont tell you ahead of time, but since its in the fineprint hidden deep in your reservation its whatever. But i had THREE different reps tell me the pet DEPOSIT would be refunded as long as there was no mess. But once i checked out i found out its NOT refundable. They were kind enough to offer a refund for the misinformation, but now not only did i not get a refund but they charged me an additional $59 and they cant even tell me what its for. All i got was transferred to a vm to voice my complaints. All together a one night stay here was nearly $400 for a subpar room and shady practices. Im furious.
