“Bed was like concrete!”

This hotel is okay, but the bed was H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. We stayed here because we were in the process of moving, and after spending all day loading/hauling/bending, we were sore and exhausted and looking forward to crashing out. However, the bed was SO HARD and uncomfortable! Even with the total exhaustion, both my fiance and I slept horribly. The bed was really just like an elevated floor. Everything else was great, especially for the price, but we would have been better off bringing an air mattress.

“No weekend breakfast”

I was expecting continental breakfast based on the amenities. Apparently, the continental breakfast is only available Mon-Fri. (read the small or omitted print)

“Could be better”

With a little more attention to detail this hotel would do a lot better. It seems they are more concerned with expenses than income. The bath a had a small piece of sheet rock missing. A little wall putty and paint an it is not noticeable. The check in help acted like they were minimum wage. Charging for internet these days is a no go. If I had known that I wouldn't have stayed there. I will watch closer in my next booking because this tells a lot about the operation of the hotel.

“Most Uncomfortable bed EVER”

We only stayed at this hotel for one night - I can't imagine staying here for an "extended stay." The mattress is only accessible from one side - you have to sneak between the end of the mattress and the tv stand/dresser to get on the other side of the bed. And the bed is like sleeping on the ground. The pillows are as plump as tissue paper. I asked my husband around 1am if he was ready to drive home yet - I was that ready to get out of the bed. Spend a couple more bucks and go stay somewhere more comfortable. Your back will thank you.

“Can not go back”

I am do disappoint about this hotel. The hotel look so nice out side, but the service is so bad. 1. There are no shampoo in the room. 2. The internet is down and the front desk did not tell me the true. I check in at 6 PM . They only mention that after I check in , they said the internet down, and will come back midnight. I need to send the report to my manager , so I stay late . After midnight, I check the internet still down, I call and front desk said , will be up , in the morning, In morning still not ..... they should tell me the true before I check in . I have to check out because I do not believe the internet will come up at that day too. This effected my job badly.

“Good price-Stinky Room”

The price was right...the smell was not. As soon as we walked in, the halls smelled like cigarette smoke. The room actually smelled worse, like a cross between formaldahyde and moth balls. We slept with the window open as long as we could. We would not stay here again.

“Warning: Do not stay here”

This hotel was a mess. The appearance at first is nice and the office gals were nice as well. No smoking is allowed at all but guests were smoking in the hallways and more than likely their rooms as the halls were filled with smoke smell. The beds were so uncomfortable my back hurt for days. If you need any type of maintenance forget it if it's past 5. They will tell you there's nothing they can do. My room phone did not work my entire stay and again they told me there was nothing they could do. The air shuts off whenever the door is opened so after a long day of meetings you come back to a very hot room. We were told to keep it on fan and it would not shut off. I was terrified that the room wasn't cleaned and refused to sit on the furniture. Unfortunately, I don't have positive feed back and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are other nice hotels in the area.
