“not impressed”

Hotel is kind of dreary. Front desk people not very helpful.

“Worn and tattered”

stains on the carpet, rust on the faucet, dirty curtains, bad vibe.

“Dissapointed!!!”

I was expecting more, lock on the door did not work, have to change room

No room service. Had to explain why we needed clean towels. Empty bottles and garbage under the bed. Etc.

“Wouldn't go back.”

This was the first time we had stayed at Extended Stay and I was very disappointed in the chain. I didn't think it was any better quality than a Motel 6 and this surprised me. We had a night at the beginning and end of our stay booked, however we canceled after the first night. We booked at a Holiday Inn Express down the street for $30.00 more and were very happy there. This Extended Stay was extremely hard to find... next to the interstate but had to take several turns and twists to get to it and couldn't find it without help from the hotel. Someone had gotten sick and left a trail of excrement from the parking lot, up the elevator and down the corridor, Needless to say it was all quite disgusting.

“This hotel had poor soundproofing”

The ambient noise was loud, the adjoining room had loud tenants, making it difficult to sleep.

“Not so good”

The room was much smaller than expected and it had an unpleasant odor.

“Smelled like cleaner and No shampoo, I won't come back”

We had no shampoo, you have to go to the main office for shampoo but they don'topen until 7am so I couldn't wash my hair because I had to go to work. The room smelled heavily of some cleaner that made it smell like a airplane restroom. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Should have stayed at a KOQ campground for a more pleaseurable and comfortable night.

“If you want cheap, this is cheap”

Very cheap, pretty dirty and located across the street from a strip club. You do the math. Did an upublished rate hotel, says it was a 2 star, I'd lean closer to a 1 star.

“Will never go back again, one of the worst visits ever”

I got off my plan and could not find the hotel. I called the number of the hotel and no one answered the phone. This was late around 9 or 10pm at night. I waisted about 1 hour of gas until I found another extended stay down the road. I told the lady of my delima and she said they must be having a phone outage. I asked her if I could just stay there at the same rate. she said that would not be possible. I went ahead and followed her directions and found the location of the hotel. When I drove up the desk clerk and other employees were standing outside smoking and talking with each other. They were totally ignoring the phone ringing while they chose to socialize and not do thier job. I was very irritated. All the desk clerk could say was he was sorry in a way like he really did not care at all. I was not vendicated for my waisted gas, time, or frustration. The room was stuffy, dusty, and on the 3rd floor. There were not enough towels and the toliet was not clean. I will never stay there again or recomend it to anyone.
