“Kid's party”

I booked a boy room & girl room. they were able to get us next door to each other. The kids loved the pool, elevators & great exploring of all 8 floors. There was a surprise fee of $10 for parking a car & the pool/hot tub turned the girls hair to straw & bleached out everyone's swimwear. Very memorable & great birthday fun for all

“great service”

I had a wonderful time at Embassy Suites. Everyone is so nice and calls me by my name, and makes me feel special. Rooms are clean, pool is exceptional, and the rooms are very very comfortable and pleasant. The maid service was great too, and the front desk people extrememly pleasant. The shuttle driver, Greg. was a delight! So kind and friendly and personable. I really appreciated that especially. Karen Blanchard

“Not Bad. I would go back.”

Front desk staff wasn't the best communicators. Bar/restaurant staff not the best at customer service. Airport shuttle pretty much on-time but could run a little late at times. Shuttle runs also to 5-mile radius which inlcudes light rail, the mall, and other restaurant venues. Internet and parking are extra charge. Room was nice but a soccer tournament was underway and some of the younger guests lacked adult supervision sometimes. It was all quiet at bettime, though. The good news was that the breakfast buffet, the evening reception were excellent. The sushi restaurant across the street is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

“Favorite Seattle Hotel”

As my grandson said, "This is the best hotel I ever stayed in!" We throughly enjoyed our stay and have nothing bad to say about it. We were on a pleasure trip and enjoyed it immensely.

Must see

The ferry trip to Bainbridge Island was a pleasure.

“About What we expected”

The room was adequate. The breakfast and manager's reception were excellent. The pool and hot tub were sub-par. Both are small, and the pool goes from 4' to 5', so younger kids couldn't touch, even next to the stairs. The floor was extremely slick, and the cleanliness of the hot tub was in question.

“love the hotel very much dont mind standing at the Embassy Suite on each trip everyone should check”

Best of everything cant wait wait for my next trip because I will be stay at Embassy Suite again. Just love the service the hotel people and the way it make you feel like you are at home plus the veiws are always beautiful. Love It

“Nice Extras, Small Pool”

The hotel is clean and nice. Impressive design. Only complaint the small cold, salty pool. Great price for amazing accomidation for a family of six. Three beds and two flat screens! Breakfast and evening free drink was a nice perk.
