It was the worst place I have ever been. I passed my ID for reservation confirmation. And in a second they made a copy without even asking. When I asked them why replied that it’s for their record and when I said I don’t want them to have a copy they said no it’s our policy. And their reply was much worse they said to me if you don’t allow as to have a copy. We can’t let you in and we will not refund your money. I just Thank Expedia staff who solved the issue.

My room
No one cleaned my room during my 9 days stay. I had to find the lady with the linen cart and ask her to change my bed linen on the 5th day of my stay. Bathroom was not clean, I had to take my towels to the cleaning lady daily to get clean towels. Set trash can by the door to be empty!

The room was old and smelled bad. Broken AC and vanity. The white towels were old and turned black. If I have known the condition of the property I wouldn’t have paid over $150 for the room. Terrible experience

Out dated. Furniture with repairs with tape on it. Scratches in wall. Wifi not work at all. Cable unplugged and wires out of the wall. All appliances were unplugged upon arrival. Only good thing was they offered refund. Didnt stay full stay only 2 hrs of it.

I do not recommend this hotel. My daughter wanted
Dirty run down. Hole in the wall and burn marks all over bathroom counter. Torn up chairs in room. No ice. Elevator had graffiti. No water pressure at night to take shower. No vending machines that had beverages in them. Dirty walls in room. I paid for 2 nights prior to stay and still had to give 100 dollar cash just in case I stole something from the room? Rough area. Was not old about the train. I had to ask a worker at Walgreens. Very run down and not updated. Curtains were very, very old and dusty. You could hear traffic passing because the windows were not quality. Exposed light bulb with no covering in the bathroom. Couldn’t use the coffee pot because there was no filter. No continental breakfast or pool.

The room is really devastating, it needs upgrading. The shower was only either hot or cold, we’re unable to take a shower. The room smells and dirty. We wasn’t able to stay for our 2nd night, the only good thing was the receptionist allowed us just to canceled and refund our 2nd night.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS VERY RUNDOWN AND FELT UNSAFE. I WASN'T COMFORTABLE PARKING MY CAR THERE AT ALL! THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN, BUT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WAS RUNDOWN, SMELLY, DIRTY, ELECTRICAL WIRES HANGING OUT, AND BATHROOM OUTLETS HANGING OUT OF THE WALLS AND BARELY USABLE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

not the cleanest place
carpet had sticky spills on it, dirty all over, turned the soles of my socks black. there was a hole kicked in the bathroom door, unrepaired. there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room - seemed like it might be coming from the AC unit itself. I opened the windows and borrowed a fan from the manager to pull fresh air in and it was okay after a day.

This place looks look a dive you’d see where prostitutes get taken to! Everything is damaged. There was literally a hole kicked in our bathroom door! The desk drawer hanging sideways. The lamp hanging sideways. Half a headboard. Stained dirty chairs.

Worst room and stay ever!
We did not even get a key or key card to our room. The manager let us into her room and then left. There were bare wires hanging out where the receptacle should be in the bathroom there were bare lightbulbs hanging off of the walls there were cigarette burns all over the marble in the bathroom the safety lock on the door was totally ripped off. Worst room I’ve stayed in in my 76 years of life.

I think this place was okay. Not great. We did not spend time in the room. It was only to sleep. It just felt old and run down. Walks were very thin, you can hear kids playing/crying. Etc. I think it should be a lot cheaper than what they charge.

This place is absolutely disgusting. If there were some kind of award for “most likely to find a dead body on property” this place would win it. The staff probably wouldn’t even care if there was a dead body in the hallway, they’d just walk around it and ignore it. The “amenities” listed shows coffee pot in room…there isn’t (I have to say that because it’s listed and it’s a lie, so it will Be part of the chargeback Hotels.com is about to receive). The room I stayed in was a single bed, with cigarette burns in the comforter (and every other surface, including the bath tub). There was a missing lamp shade. The carpet wasn’t secured, and the baseboard carpet was falling over. Nail heads sticking out all over the walls. The carpet leading into the bathroom was covered in duct tape. The AC unit was missing dials and unusable. The hallway on the second floor had a leaky ice machine that left people walking through a swampy carpet with the floor dipping so you know they’ve never tried fixing it. There was also a piece of wood hanging off the wall with exposed nails as well. The place is trash. Code enforcement should pay them a visit. Now that I think of it, I’ll be sending them a full report as well. Hotels.com was nice enough to give me a $44 credit, but that’s not going to cut it. The owners of this property have no shame, and hotels.com should be embarrassed to even list this property on their website. I will not stop until I get every dime back from this stay.

This is such an awful hotel. The elevator had graffiti on it. The plug ins in the room weren’t working. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The chairs in the room looked like they were almost worn all the way through. It was a bad place to stay.

The first room that was given to us smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Another room was shown to us and the deadbolt lock did not work. The room that we stayed in did not have a working toilet or shower. A repair person was called to fix the toilet, but did not arrive when we stayed. I would not recommend this hotel.

There was cigarette burns on the bed spread. The people in the rooms down the halls were yelling at all hours about getting their phone back. The tv had been removed from our room but the cords had been left in the tv stand. There was black mold on the ceiling. If we werent leaving for the air port 5 hours later we would not have even stayed
