“EXCELLENT, I loved New LCD TV!!!”

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to stay at this Days Inn, but it received better marks than the one closer to the Pacific Raceway. This hotel is definitely working on a remodel - there was new carpet & trim in my room, but also areas that still hadn't been touched. The location was extremely easy to find, just off 167 with an exit labeled for will's st. It takes just 15 minutes to get to the Track and there's a big Mall, a Casino and Theatre between the two. This hotel is located fairly close to every where. The rooms people complained about, I can only assume are the ones the hotel hasn't gotten to yet in the remodel. With a bit more time, the entire place should be done.I have stayed at the King size bed non smoking room, and I realized that they just got new LCD TV. Room was clean and nice as well. I really loved continental break fast ( Loved their waffle). Meeker street Bar is is right across the parking lot for a place to eat. Also, there is safe and K-mart in within walking distance. I definitely would NOT pass this up as a place to stay again, just because of the negative reviews.

Very nice stay at Days Inn Meeker st. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is old but it is clean and well maintained for my room. Front desk staffs were very hlepful and I really loved the location. Everywhere I need was close.

Staff was very friendly and they let me check in early, which was nice. The location was great - within walking distance to nice restaurants and a major golf course, and only 15 minutes from the Sea-Tac Airport. I was pleasantly surprised by a very prompt airport shuttle service. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, and having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room was very convenient for me. Complimentary continental breakfast with hot waffles was excellent! A great value for the money! I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Great Bang for you buck!”

I enjoyed my visit as this particular Days Inn. I amenities were great, microwave and refrigerator included in each room, free wireless internet access. They also had a continental breakfast included but just missed it, but will definitely catch it next time. Very reasonable for the price.

“Better than what you pay fof!”

If you want the cheapest hotel near Seattle, this is it. Clean, maintained and ordinary, this hotel is what you need if you are on a budget and actually being IN SEATTLE is not necessarily on your agenda. The room is basic. Decent bed, tv, dresser and 2 chairs. The coffee was better in the room than in the breakfast area. (But this is Washintgon. You can get good coffee anywhere) The breakfast is all carbs. LOL. No protein unless you count the milk for the cereal but it is included in the cost which is still a great deal. Yummy waffles. A nice touch was the strawberries and whipped cream. Saw a lot of kids loving that feature - adults, too! Although we were on the 2nd floor (non smoking) the hotel does have a smoke odor. Not too bad, but it is there. Smells kind of stale, but again, for the price, it did not bother me too much. You are about 15 minutes away from anywhere in Seattle, maybe up to 25 with traffic. Super easy to get in and out of and it's close to Highway 5. Down the street from the hotel is various strip malls with any store you would need, including a Walgreens. The best chinese food buffet was close by. Safeway is also located in these strip mall areas. Next to the hotel (or at least within a block of either side) is various restaurants and convenience stores. Although there is a small laundry facility within the hotel on the 2nd floor, there is a nice laundry mat walking distance from the hotel. Remember - this is not a 4 star, but the price is great!

we liked that the hotel wasn't located on the main streets right next to airport. Not far from airport and decent breakfast the next day. The staff was very friendly.

Used it for its shuttle service to airport. Hotel is older, but staff was 100% top notch. Easy walk to restaurants if you do not have car. It appears old, but is clean and was perfect for a one night stay
