“Cheap but needs lots of help”

Hotel was nice most of the people who worked there were very helpful, bed was terrible springs were so bad it was like a trampoline. Sink wouldnt drain pulled plug out to find large hair ball and egg shells. back of bathroom door was held together with scotch tape so finish wouldnt peal off i think. One morning we made our waffles for breakfast and ther was no syrup we asked the lady who was tending the counter she pointed at the honey we said no we are looking for syrup she acted like she didnt hear us and walked away we hund around and ate for 30 minutes she never returned. and the lower floor is very noisy i would swear we were under the weight room. yes it was very cheap but i would pay an extra $20 per night for a better bed. we would have left but it was part of our package. If they were to change the beds i would deffinately stay ther again for the price

“Bed of nails”

We reserved a double-King whirlpool room, but the desk staff said they did not receive the "whirlpool" part from Expedia, and only a single-bed whirlpool room was made available after much arguing. The room was in slight disrepair, but the bed was terrible! It felt like a boxspring! The location and price of the hotel were good, but we would have been happier, and more comfortable, spending an extra few bucks on a better hotel.

“the place Was falling apart”

When we got there the girl at the desk was nice enough, she gave us our key and we were on our way up to 207. we were in 207 for about an hour before I realized that the sink was leaking all over the floor. I went down stairs to let the guy know and he asked if we wanted to change rooms i said ok and we moved all of our stuff to room 205 upon entering the room I realized that the light bulb was out in the room, so off we went to room 203, when I opened the fridge to put some food in it I found that it was not working and It had MOLD in it. At this point and I was so upset I just wanted to go home I told the manager on duty. that this whole situation was unacceptable and that I just wanted to go home a could I get my money back and go? he then of course said NO because I had paid online he could not refund my money. so I had no choice but to except the next room he sent my way which was on the first floor. room 104. I was so stressed that I didn't sleep well but the breakfast in the morning was ok..

“Dissatisfied: Room not cleaned”

The first night was nice. We were gone most of the day the following day and returned in the evening to find that the room was not cleaned at all. The beds were not made, the used towels were still on the bathroom floor, the trash cans were overflowing, we were out of toilet paper and tissues. I went to the front desk and told them and requested some fresh towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and tissues. They apologized for the room not being clean and provided the items. When we left the following morning, we stopped at the front desk and told the manager what had happened and requested him to ensure our room was cleaned that day. He apologized and wrote down our room number and said it would be first on the list of rooms to be cleaned. We returned to the room that evening to find that it had not been cleaned once again. Once again, we had to go to the front desk and requested fresh towels and wash cloths. We left early the next morning. Our room had not been cleaned or even touched by the house keeping staff for our entire stay. When we left, there was a mound of used towels, and a mound of trash. Also, when we booked this hotel, the website said it had an indoor swimming pool and I viewed photos of an indoor pool with a hot tub. This hotel did not have either, so I'm not sure where the photos were from, but it was not this hotel. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and were misled to believe there was a pool when there was not. We will not stay at this hotel again.
