“OK, but not first choice.”

Property seemed older and in need of updating, however, the rooms were clean and well cared for. The room heater took long time to heat up room. I would go back if can't find another place to stay.

“Shocked how clean it was”

For a cheap hotel right next to the freeway, you can't beat this. McDonalds, Jack in the box and Starbucks all right next door. Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was amazingly clean for the price. Plan to stay there when ever I am in town.

“Restful and Convenient”

Desk clerk was very helpful and polite however personal appearance a little lacking (very wrinkled shirt and dirty hands). Room was very comfortable, complimentary breakfast area and selection was good.

“Good value, convenient location”

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located and very reasonably priced, and that's what I got. A good location, clean, quiet, pleasant staff, at a very reasonable price. Not fancy at all - the room was nicely furnished but very crowded. But I didn't expect an elaborate room or fancy breakfast buffet at this price. I was very satisified with what I got and don't expect more in this price range.

Area recommendations

This hotel was conveniently located just off I 90 only 15 minutes outside of downtown Seattle, and at a much lower price than downtown.

“Great location”

Location, location, location. Right off the freeway, but quiet. Easy to get to any place on the east side of Lake Washington as well as Seattle. Many places to eat nearby.

“Affordable, clean, nice neighborhood”

Glad my room was on the backside facing the neighborhood and not overlooking the car lot with bright lights at night. Comfortable beds, clean, convenient.

“pretty good”

The hotel was not to bad, I would stay there again but I must for warn the pillows and beds are not comfortable at all.

“Just need a bed for a few nights”

I was on a business trip were i was going to be putting in long hours and just needed a place to sleep a few hours at night. Next to McDonald's and Starbucks help for the early morning coffee. So to summarize it was not a fancy hotel but severed its purpose.
