“Will most likely stay here anytime we are in Seattle area”

The hotel is easily accessed from I5. Check-in is speedy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely kept and clean. The breakfast was very good.

“Convenient but noisey”

This hotel is convenient for overnight stays close to Seatac. However they are extremely close to commercial train tracks. Throughout the night -- approximately every two hours a train sounded its warning whistle and was clearly audible. For a traveler needing one good nights rest before traveling again I could not recommend this hotel. However the staff at both the restaurant and front desk were very accommodating.

Very very helpful. Everyone from the front desk, ladies in the restaurant to the young girl driving the courtesy bus. No complaints just a really nice place to stay.

“Great Service at this Courtyard”

We arrived in Seattle earlier than expected and my 82 year old mom was quite tired from our journey. When I called the hotel at 9 am to ask about getting in before the 2 pm check-in time, the polite and pleasent front desk girl ( who answered, no computer voice_asked how soon we needed it and said she would see what would work. We arrived via car an hour later and the room was ready. 4 hours before check in, a day after a full capacity, the room was clean and perfect. I liked that it had blackout shades (no curtains) and penty of linens. It is an airport neighborhood with only a few dining choices (with no rental car) but the mall is not far.The restaurant has no lunch service so we walked next door to the Embassy suites at their suggestion, which was appreciated. Breakfas was great with several choices. I would return again anytime.

This experience was great. The room was accommodating - it wasclean, the beds were firm and there were plenty of pillows. We especially liked having the cost of breakfast built into the room cost.

I needed overnight accommodations prior to an early flight out of Seattle the next morning. I wanted a comfortable, quiet room with some amenities and room service so that I could get to sleep early. It was all I needed along with a wakeup call and free airport shuttle to my gate. Room service was quick and the food was fresh and tasty. King bed was comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. Air worked well, shower was hot. Only criticism is the free hotel coffee - not so good!

Overall, Marriots...and the brand Courtyard...have been good hotels to stay at for me in the past. This hotel lacked a good, knowledgeable desk person and that kind of set the tone for our stay. The room was alright, a bit on the small side for this brand, and the beds were average at best. I did like the balcony off our room, about 1/3 of the rooms have these, as it allowed for stepping out to get some air without going all the way downstairs. There are a few fast food joints and convenience marts near by...nice if travelling with the family. The pool was okay, again a bit on the small size. All in all, I expect a little more from the Courtyard and probably would not stay at this one again.

“Great Airport Hotel”

We stayed here simply because we couldn't book a room downtown until the week. We were very pleased by the comfortable beds, Mountain View, and how easy it was to get to downtown. Excellent breakfast!!
