“Will definitely stay there again”

The hotel is well situated, very clean and the staff is very friendly. The lobby is very updated and inviting. The internet connection is slow though and the gym can be better equipped. The room is very large and comfortable. The bed itself is excellent. It is well within walking distance to the westfield southcentre mall, but if you want to go anywhere else, you will definitely need a car.

“'Very Quiet and Relaxing Stay'”

“Convenient, clean, comfortable”

The Courtyard is nothing out of the ordinary, but it is reasonably priced, close to everything, and in good condition.

“Don't expect a good's night sleep”

We just spent a weekend here and had the worst sleep we've had in a long time. We put our son on the pull-out sofa bed - which you have to make up yourself . The sofa bed's mattress couldn't have been more than 4 inches thick! Our room was on the side facing the street and we could street traffic all night long. You could also hear every noise from the hallway although we never heard a peep from the rooms next to us. Enjoyed the breakfast, the lobby and the pool but it's a whole other thing once you get into your room.

“Good hotel.”

The hotel is good. The rooms are comfortable but the "Expedia" room was a handicapped accessible room, so the shower, for a non-handicapped person, was not very good. The shuttle bus only runs once an hour, which isn't very convenient to get to and from the airport. But, if you want to go shopping, you're close to the mall.

“Nice Overall”

There is nothing incredibly special about this hotel, but it is close to Southcenter, Barnes and Noble, and the transit station. If you are in town for a relaxed weekend, this hotel is in a great location.

“Great location and great service”

I'm very happy with this hotel, it is close to stores and public transportation. Close to the airport. The rooms are big with a lorge sitting area. The staff at this hotel is very friendly.

Area recommendations

Downtown Seattle is a great place to walk and great food in every single block. Space needle is a must at day or at night.

“Great hotel--location/service”

We arrived at 9:30 am post cruise and they tagged our luggage and put it in a secure storage area. A huge shopping mall is within a 5-10 minute walk. We arrived back to the hotel early and they had a room ready for us-large comfortable and clean. Internet and computer available for use and there is a small cafe. Indoor pool, hot tub, and a lovely courtyard. Provide shuttle service to the airport-24 hours-- on the hour. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Area recommendations

Downtown Seattle--lots to see and do.
