We were very impressed with our hotel. It was quiet, clean, easily accessible, convenient to a major link to other areas of the metropolis, and well-run. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the quiet. There were no highway noises even though we were on the highway's doorstep. It felt more like a resort than a hotel.

We were in town for a funeral and the staff there was very friendly and helpful. We had two too many people for our room because of the kids but we just put them on sleeping bags on the floor. The kids loved the indoor pool! They let us check out an hour later because of our situation not having to leave for the funeral until 1:00. Then we forgot our phone charger in the room and they mailed it to us.

Great value , clean and comfortable. Nicely maintained and only 20 minutes to Seattle's Pike place market.

This was my 3rd time at this hotel and I will be going back later this year. I love the location as well as the feel of the hotel, elegant yet relaxed.

While the hotel was a little out of my price range, it was one of the more affordable hotels in the area and the staff was top notch. The customer service and great room fully justified spending a little out of budget. Would definitely go back.

They had a full buffet breakfast which was included with our registration through expedia. It was lovely.

The staff was friendly, helpful and always willing to help. The lady at the front desk (Lauren) was knowledgable about the city, and offered a variety of suggestions to us, including directions to many of the tourist spots.
