“very convenient for our family reunion”
The breakfast and other food and beverage services were exceptional.
“Need work on room time availability for convention participants”
The meeting at the hotel took place during the day. The room was not available until 3:30 PM. Having a room available for check in, when an opportunity existed would have been better rather than having to take time out of the meeting to meet the delayed schedule of the staff.

Nice get away in town! The pool is great for little kids. The family fun center is a blast for all ages!
“Not our best stay...”
The hotel is in a great location if you have shopping or business in the Tukwila area. We stay here every time we need a place to park and fly before / after vacations. This trip wasn't our best...we usually love the pool, but it is in TERRIBLE condition! We were the only ones in it during our stay and we knew once we got in why. the pool is in need of a major overhaul and cleaning. Band aids, bobby pins and other extras just hanging out in the pool. The hot tub was maybe a few degrees warmer than the pool but you could see a layer of dead skin on the top and in the foam in the hot tub. Took a LONG shower after that experience hoping to sanitize. However, the room was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. They work very hard to keep breakfast plentiful. We will probably go back if the price is right and we don't plan on getting in the pool.

The Hotel was GREAT! And very dependable. Very caring people and they made sure you were content with everything. Great teamwork!!! Actually the hotel was the only thing that didn't go haywire this trip.
“Decent place for the $”
Staff were consistently polite and helpful. This is one of few places near Seatac airport that has an indoor pool, breakfast, an airport shuttle and wireless internet. Price was good, beds were comfortable, and the pool was a good place to relax. We live far enough from Seattle that we often need an airport hotel when we travel, and we will go back to this one.
“Nice Hotel, Close to Sea-Tac”
I picked this hotel because we had an early flight the next day and didn't want to get caught in traffic. It was absolutely perfect. The room was big and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Plus it only took us a few minutes to get to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!
“Great hotel”
We only stayed one night, but we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff was great, the room was great; it was very quiet and clean. The pool looked great also, but we did not get a chance to use it. The breakfast was great, as was the shuttle service (about a 10 min. drive to the airport).
“comfortable stay”
My husband and I travelled with our 2 young children and had a very comfortable stay. We showed up earlier than the indicated check-in time and the staff were able to check us in early, without any problems. The room was spacious enough that we didn't feel that we were always "on top" of each other. The complimentary breakfast was great and very handy, different selection every morning of "hot" items along with the staples.
