I have chosen this airport hotel based on combination of price and previous reviews, and was very happy with my choice. Smooth check in, speedy checkout (due to pre-payment through Expedia), wireless worked as expected, perfect overnighter before early AM outgoing flight. Nice touch was that even before announced 5 AM (for which time we had our shuttle) there was actually breakfast ready so we got a grab before the flight.

“Airport pick service”

The only area I could offer for improvement would be the time it took the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. I could have walked to the hotel in the time that I had to wait. May have just been a matter of bad timing that night...but I know I waited at least 20 minutes after I called from curbside for the pick-up.

Hotel is steps from the airport. Very convenient.

“My favorite Seattle hotel”

The staff at Coast Gateway are extremely helpful and courteous. This is a moderately priced hotel with all the amenities, great workout room, good breakfast buffet, clean and comfortable rooms and high speed internet. After trying many airport hotels I now stay exclusively at Coast Gateway....where I feel I get the most bang for the buck.

“You Won't Be Disappointed”

Some of the amenities I appreciated: *Prompt, courteous shuttle from and to airport *I received assistance on using the Link Metro into downtown Seattle and even shuttle service to the Link pickup station. *Easy to access free internet service *Restaurant within short walking distance with excellent food. *Quiet, clean room. After a very long flight --- a most welcome place to stay for a rest!

Bed & pillows need to be updated,,,too soft EVERYONE AT THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY INCLUDING THE VAN/SHUTTLE DRIVERS. LOCATION IS GREAT BREAKFAST VERY-VERY GOOD

This is one of several stays. Each time has been stress free and enjoyable. The staff is so pleasant and the ease of getting to the parking garage and airport are much appreciated. The bed was heaven! My choice of hotels when I'm traveling by air.
