“Surpised”

Everything was fine. I can tell however it is an older hotel so I wanted something a little more posh for business travel. If you're however just looking for a more upscale crashpad this is it. Very friendly staff, great bed. If the bathroom/bathroom vanity should be updated and the ceiling. Great location oh and the eastside grill restaurant AMAZING local food with great staff.

“Clean, Courteous Staff, Good Location”

At the time of check in there was no two bed room as requested but they upgraded us to a suite room with two bed. Very clean room, Starbucks in room too! Great location, will stay again on my next trip to Seattle.

“Nice a hotel if you have a budget”

Well, to stay in Bellevue downtown and not over my budget, there are rarely choices for me This hotel might not be the best to stay but it worths every dollar you spend

“Good hotel and location”

We have stayed here several times. Easy access to and from Seatac airport and downtown Seattle is a plus. Larry's Market is across the street...great take-out food, open 24hours. We usually go for the larger room with a king size bed.

We were greeted courteously upon arrival and booked promptly into our room on the first floor as requested. Accommodations were clean and satisfactory. Location close to freeway for easy access to all of our city destinations. This was our second stay at this hotel and we have been very pleased on both occasions.
