“Adequate.”

The only down side to our room was the bathtub was badly stained & ugly. It could use some updating.

“nice view”

I liked the hotel very much, the room had a view of the river with a small porch with two chairs. The breakfast was fresh every morning. I think the only thing I didn't like, we had a room that had a door adjoining the next room. We could hear the family in the next room when they were watching tv or talking to one another.

They have a really nice mall just around the corner from the hotel

The hotel will shuttle you to many different places and pick you up, all you have to do is call them arrange it.

“Clean with Good selection at Breakfast but not insulated for sound, not a sound nights sleep.”

Cleanliness is very important is this hotel is was very clean. The breakfast offered more then the standard with a make your own waffle and a variety of coffee. The location was great as it only took about 12 minutes at 7:00am to reach the airport for our flight at 9:00am. The neighborhood is safe and a extremely large mall with many choices of restaurants was only 1/2 mile away. Our only big complaint was that you can hear footsteps from all directions. We had people above us that seemed to use the bathroom every hour. Even footsteps next door could be heard. It was loud enough to keep all of up off and on all night long. Too bad, because other then that it was a nice place to stay. We travel and stay at many different locations regularly, and I would say this hotel was only worth the rate in the $80 -$90 range, not any more. We had two beds in our room with our 11 and 12 year olds. Ample space for the 4 of us.

“convenient and nice”

This hotel is convenient to Sea-Tac airport. It's clean and comfortable. The desk service was very good.

Area recommendations

This area is good for airport connections. I really like the Shorline area for convenience to many other things.

“Great value and convenience”

With an early morning flight from SeaTac and a rental car to return, we wanted a hotel that was convenient though not immediately alongside the airport. This Best Western turned out to fit the bill ideally. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable; the breakfast was generous and well-cared-for; and the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, for the cost, this was a great place to stay.

“Convenient location but not impressed.”

While this hotel was close to airport and next to a large mall it's also across the street from the Tukwila train station and there is quite a bit of train traffic coming through there and loud whistles even late at night.

“Good Hotel for the Money”

It's not a fancy hotel, but it has all the creature comforts one would ask for. There's free breakfast and free Wi-Fi access. There's a pool and a jacuzzi. The hotel is close by several shopping centers (driving distance). It's about 13 miles from Seattle Center (Pike Place Market). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Area recommendations

Seattle is within driving distance. Pike Place Market and Space Needle are the two major sight seeing spots. For seafood, go to the Crap Pot. It's near Pike Place Market.

“Make sure to confirm hotel's check in policy!”

I booked this hotel for my partner, who was traveling to Seattle for an early morning trade show. His plane was due at 2am, and needed to be at the show at 7am. The reservation was the typical pre paid Expedia booking. On a whim, he called the hotel from Phoenix while changing planes, and was told "yes, we have your reservation, and you will need a CREDIT CARD to check in. We do NOT accept DEBIT CARDS at check in. My partner had to call an acquaintance to go to the hotel at 1am with a credit card and check him in. Again, he was told that even though the reservation was PAID IN FULL, he would NOT be allowed to check in. The hotel can obviously make whatever policy they want, but this needs to be very clear on Expedia's site. (I have made Expedia aware). I'm also trying to figure out what kind of "additional charges" could be incurred between 2am and 7am at a Best Western?

“Courteous Staff”

The first night went without a hitch. However, on our return trip, the was a leak in the ceiling that woke us up at 12:45am. We called to report it and the lady said she would make a work order. We put a trash can under the drip but it continued to keep us awake as it was a constant drip drip---drip drip. We called again and had to ask for a different room. There was one available, so we packed up all of our belongings at 1:00am and changed rooms. An apology was made when we checked out HOWEVER, I feel we should have been compensated for the inconvenience of moving rooms during the middle of the night. We were not. Even an "offer" to discount our rate would have been appreciated. We understand that things like this happen but we were inconvenienced at no fault of ours. I grew up in a hotel/restaurant business family and I know how things should be done. Would I go back there? Yes, but I would probably knit pick the whole tim e I was there.
