Better than expected

Posted 27-Jun-2015
Pros: Older facility that has upgraded all aspects.
Cons: Not much they can do about it, but need better local dinner options.
Location: Take train to city.
Better quality than expected...bedding, towels, breakfast. Most of all staff was exceedingly helpful, extremely informative and very pleasant.

Good Overnight Stop Close to SEATAC

Posted 17-Jun-2015
Pros: Hotel shuttles, good meals including free breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms are small, but a comfortable chair or two would be nice. Even for an hour or two at night, we hate sitting on the bed to read or watch TV.
Location: Within two miles of SEATAC airport. Gas stations close by incase you need to fill-up a rental car.
We stayed here twice in May; once on our way to Alaska and once on the way back. While the hotel is dated it has much to recommend it. We will stay there again in similar situations. Hotel shuttles run to and from the airport 24/7. Breakfasts are typically included and are more than ample and provisions can be made for a take-out meal if you leave before serving time. The dining room offers nice, not fancy, but good lunches and dinners and rooms are generally comfortable but small. During our two stays, hotel staff was clearly eager to serve our needs in any way possible.

Super Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Posted 13-Jun-2015
Pros: Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal

Convenient airport location, with friendly helpful

Posted 9-Jun-2015
Pros: Clean, quiet room Helpful staff
Cons: Breakfast. I expected a little higher quality.
Location: Near airport
Great location for SeaTac. Room was comfy and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful when I needed assistance navigating rental car return and shuttle service. Breakfast was less than impressive. The eggs were watery and fake. The sausage was tough and greasy. But otherwise, I'd choos this location again when needing to be near airport.

Updated Hotel Same Old Hotel Smell

Posted 9-Jun-2015
Pros: Not much
Cons: Smell of Hotel. Doesn't seem like honest advertising.
Hotel claimed to charge over $200 per night for a room and was $99 through Expedia. I would never pay more than $99 a night for this hotel. It is an old hotel that has been cleaned up, the room was clean but it had a very strong old smell to it. Walking into the room was like walking into a wall. The room was spacious and clean.

Flying in to see Seattle for a day? Stay here!

Posted 6-Jun-2015
Pros: Comfort/facilities of room, restaurant for dinner and breakfast, parking, courtesy bus to airport & light rail, staff helpfulness
Location: Not much, as it's an airport hotel ... but the transit options still make it a good place to stay
We arrived by air from the UK. Picked up a hire car at Seatac. Hotel is an easy, uncomplicated drive from there with parking. Used the courtesy bus service next day to get to/from the Light Rail which took us to the centre of Seattle. So we spent a whole stress free day there sightseeing. Hotel has excellent moderately-priced restaurant and the complimentary hot breakfast is really good. Rooms well appointed, very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful desk staff. We could have driven our hire car to a downtown hotel ... it would have been more stressful, much more expensive overall without any other benefits. We finally drove south to Oregon without fighting rush hour traffic.

Vacation

Posted 5-Jun-2015
Hotel staff was superb! Everything we needed the staff made sure we were taken care of. We left our stuff on the hotel bus and before we left for San Diego they drove back to the airport and returned our left behind belongings to us! Privacy was another area the hotel staff excelled in. Never bothered us. Kudos to John and his staff! We will be back
