Nice hotel, close to airport, friendly staff.

Posted 20-Dec-2014
Pros: Pool, friendly staff, breakfast, game room
Cons: Added entrance to pool from game room instead of exercise room, microwaves in rooms would be a nice addition (there are mini fridges)
Location: Short drive to Seattle and surrounding areas. Close to airport. Fast food restaurants to the north, several restaurant options at Southcenter mall.
We stayed 3 nights here on a family vacation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even calling our room shortly after check-in to make sure we were comfortable. They offered us menus for local delivery restaurants so we wouldn't have to go out. Our room was clean and spacious, and the shower had great pressure. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were very nice (although it was very strange to have to enter through the exercise room). The pool was very warm for a hotel which was wonderful! They hotel also had a nice game room including ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and shuffleboard. It was great having this available when we had down time. There is a decent hot continental breakfast in the morning including make your own waffles, a toast station, fruit, cereal, and hot items (biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage). The hotel is definitely older, and shows its age, but it seems it is well kept and has newer furnishings. As it is in SeaTac, there is noise from airplanes, but we would consider staying here again.

Friendliest desk staff ever

Posted 14-Dec-2014
Pros: The desk staff.
Cons: The facilities looked a little drab/tired, although it's not renovation time. (Maybe it was me who was tired!)
I travel a lot on business, and I have to tell you that the desk staff is THE friendliest I have ever encountered. Just meeting them (particularly Tom) made the trip a pleasure.

Pre flight stay

Posted 13-Dec-2014
This hotel provided good value and location for our pre flight travel. We use the park and fly option and hav a prompt pleasant shuttle to the airport. The Hotel accommodations were good, clean, comfortable, and there are upgrades made to this somewhat older hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful as well. We have no complaints

Nice staff. Close to airport

Overall the hotel was great. The shuttle was very convenient and helped us out a ton with all of our bags. The little restraunt had good food for good prices and the service was good. The room was clean and put together well. We really enjoyed our stay. We will probably stay again the next time we stop in Seattle.

Poor quality hotel not clean

Posted 12-Dec-2014
Pros: In a word: nothing.
Cons: Should be torn down a something decent built to replace it.
Location: Has parking for longer term, you can listen to people thru the walls.
Staying at this place is a bad idea, especially when you are just starting a holiday but really anytime.

lets see... Nasty... Had to decontaminate myself at a hotel that I selected through hoteltonight... You will not meet their standard so don't even bother looking them up! Good bye

Convenient for Seattle airport

Posted 5-Dec-2014
Pros: Convenience, free airport shuttle and free breakfast
Cons: Restaurant open seven days
Location: 10 minutes from airport
We had to spend a night in Seattle en route to and from Hawaii. Free shuttle worked well and free breakfast was a bonus, even for an early am departure. Hotel quiet and clean, but basic. All we needed for a night's stay. Only disappointment was that the on site restaurant is closed on a Sunday and we had to either venture out three blocks at night or call for pizza delivery.
