“Beautiful town, great hotel”

This was a great clean comfortable hote. We loved the location and the staff. It is very beautiful with original design, decoration and gracious feel. The only drawback was no microwave, fridge or pool. Not a biggie, bur would have been nice after a visit to the City Market! My sister and I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat, ABSOLUTELY loved the Pioneer Square area: food, art, shopping and atmosphere. Priced affordably for budget minded.

Parking wasn't great, but everything else was great! The room was tiny, but it was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel met expectations easily, decent clean room, easy check in, breakfast was OK. Staff more than willing to help out with directions to tourist areas.

“BW Pioneer”

The hotel is very nice and the staff is most helpful. The location is convenient to the many sights of Seattle. The breakfast provided a nice start to the morning and I wasn't disappointed.

The location was great but the room was very samll and extremely loud at night.

“Cold rooms and cold staff.”

Our room and our friends room (who stayed two doors down from us) was really small and was freezing cold the entire time and the room heater didn't work, on top of that, the blankets were paper thin. I did not get quality sleep the night I stayed there. The continental breakfast was disappointing and one of the staff yelled ay my friend who was trying to make a waffle, instead of helping him. As I was waiting in the lobby for my car two other employees were talking inappropriately in front of me.However, it was super clean and half of the staff was nice.
