Can't say enough about the ease of checking in and proximity to the ballparks. Concierge is very helpful. They will keep your bags in case you arrive for the game before checkin. Then it's an easy walk to the stadium past food and sporting goods store that sells all the souvenirs. On the way back to the hotel shop in the surrounding shops. It's an easy walk up to Pike Street and wharf area; you can see the ferry terminal from the hotel entrance. Light rail is up and running in downtown Seattle.

“Wonderful surprise in Seattle”

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this part of the city. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean this hotel was having stayed a several more trendy (and more pricey) places in Seattle in the past. I travel a fair amount and have stayed at very fancy hotels and some very basic places, and this is an affordable option which is also very comfortable. I will be back.

Great location, very clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. The complimentary breakfast is nice and has an assorted breakfast menu.

I do not like the fact that parking was $20 a day. The bed was great. the room was spacious. No view, but that was fine. easy walk to attractions. like the waterfront, Under ground tour and the ball parks etc... Transit was free in the area.

From preliminary phone inquires to check in to check out we found the staff at Best Western Pioneer Square friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is a beautiful heritage building and we enjoyed exploring the architecture of the neighborhood. Our room was small but very comfortable. The location was fantastic- a block from the waterfront and in the lovely and historic Pioneer Square area. We parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options. We would most definitely stay here again.

It is within walking distance to our favorite Seattle places, Waterfront, Safeco Field, Pikes Place Market. Our car was in a safe garage up the street,and we walked everywhere we wanted to go as we enjoyed our long week-end in Seattle.

Lots of old fashioned charm and personality to this hotel. Immaculate upkeep. Close to Seattle's downtown hot spots. The staff was wonderful and I will always use this Seattle hotel from now on.
