“loved it!”
I've been hesitant to stay here due to locale (above a bar in Belltown) and the shared bathroom situation, but decided that if it is good enough for a friend who is a designer it must have some goodness.. and does it ever. Love this place and it will be my first choice in Seattle. the rooms are perfect. the share show sitch is a non-issue. you gotta see it to believe it, but Ace is the best.
“seattle hidden secret”
incredibly sweet. clean, very hip, friendly, good location and everyone there was very helpful. was very surprised and will return
“Recomended!!”
Nice, clean and convinience. Need to walk about couple blocks away to the entertaintment places.
“Wish I stayed more than one night!”
I stayed at several hotels/hostels during my trip to Seattle and Ace was my favorite. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room and hotel were so well designed. I was in one of the standard rooms and sharing the bathrooms were no problem (they even provide comfy robes!). They were very clean and spacious and I barely ran into anyone in the hallway even though the whole place was booked. Breakfast waffles were delicious and even though we were in a rush to check out, i made sure to get one! Only downside is that it's about a 15 min walk to the nearest lightrail station which can be inconvenient late at night or when you're rushing. The neighborhood has a alot to see though (the needle, Top Pot doughnuts, etc) and a beautiful view of the water (and short walk to Olympic Sculpture Park). The bar across the street serves pizza past midnight which saved us when everything else seemed to close so early! I will absolutely be returning next trip.
“Fantastic Experience-can't wait to go back!”
We arrived at the Ace Hotel at 11pm and found it to be situated in the amazing historic district of Seattle. We were greeted by Matt who immediately helped us with the bags and made us feel so welcome despite our late arrival. Although there is not a bathroom for every room, there are several bathrooms and showers in the hallway which were pristine. There was never a wait to use these and it did not pose a problem at all. We left for a cruise the next day with tons of asistance from Ed. He is amazing and I felt like I had known him for a long time. When we got back from the cruise seven days later they let us bring our bags back there and store them while we had another fun day in Seattle. We were able to use there computer to print our boarding passes and use the facilities. At the end of the day they called us a taxi, and once again assisted us with our luggage. I would not hesitate to recommend this quaint, amazing hotel and the staff. P.S.-The continental breakfast was awesome. Linda (from Phoenix)
“Awesome place to stay in Seattle”
I couldn't be happier about our stay at the ACE Seattle. Such a unique vibe, complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing, friendly staff and just a short walk into the Pike Market area. My only tiny complaint was that we were there on a very hot day and the room's fan/AC didn't quite cut it...... I wish we were there longer, can't wait to go back! Such a cool place to stay!
“Great place to stay in Seattle!”
Such a cute, affordable hotel right in the middle of everything! We walked to the Space Needle and to Pike Place Market. The room and bathrooms were clean and nice. Super friendly and helpful staff.
“Too noisy to rest!”
We knew going into this that the hotel would be noisy at night, it was. So for us it was something we already expected. For most people we stay in hotels to get some rest, so it probably isn't the best choice.
“I wanted to stay forever!”
This hotel was great. I loved the atmosphere of the rooms and the community space within the hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating.
“2 thumbs up!”
I wish I had 3 thumbs so that I could turn them upwards for this hotel because it was - Just. That. Good. Period. Sadly I only have 2 thumbs, so that will have to do, but I'm turning them WAY up for this place. I would tell anyone who is travelling on the cheap or with billions in your bag to spend to stay at the Ace in Seattle because rich or poor, it's an amazing place to crash.
