“Good central location”

We really enjoyed our room, an excellent view of the fall leaves and on the back of the hotel, so very quiet. I don't think I would've liked it as well on the other side. This is a HUGE hotel, but everyone very respectful of others (noisewise). Our room was very clean; we even stayed another night and used it as a central location to get to other places we wanted to visit. My only complaint...not enough room in the breakfast area. There were soooo many people! After a lady sneezed on all of the pastries without covering her mouth, we left and ate at a restaurant across the street (not the hotel staff's fault). The restaurant was excellent! We even got a cup of chowder to go that night (after our day trip) from the same place! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling for a reasonably priced, clean place to stay.

“Will go back soon”

The service was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The price was reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I will return again soon.

“Very Satisfied”

The hotel has a camp like feeling, extemely kid friendly with the water slide, pools and giant air slides. The rooms were clean and smelled really nice. Locations to the beaches is a plus. We we very satisfied and will definitly stay here again.

“Older Hotel but still fine to stay..”

Check in was fine. The clerk was quick with no issues. The hotel itself is an older wood framed hotel that has been kept in good condition. Has three separate buildings. The room was very clean but on the older side. (Style wise)(No flat screen, older finishings) Beds were firm and comfortable. This site is obviously geared towards familys with a petting zoo, play grounds etc.. Never had a chance to use the pool. Located just off the main drag in Seabrook and was easy to find. Nearby store and restaurant.. Only problem I had was that the wireless just wouldn't work with my computer. System problem? Clerk stated system was Ok but I have never had a problem at any wireless site. Price was fair for what I received...

“Enjoy going every year!”

This year we tried a pool side room, it was great but the room with two beds was kind of small. It was really convenient being close to the pool area, with the kids. They loved it. And we were so close to the beach! We will probably go back again next year!

“not impressed”

It was way past time for the carpet to be replaced-it turned the bottoms of feet black in short order. The first night the sheets were gritty, as though they hadn't been changed. On the following nights, no problem experienced with the sheets. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous.

“One Night is Enough”

Old and graying. Lots of stairs which are slippery when wet. Minimal breakfast area. Front desk staff minimally cheerful and helpful. Remote location.
