I paid more for the room with a patio, but as I walked into the patio there was evidence that they haven't clean it at all. There were dog poop on either side of patio. I had to ask twice for them come clean it. The bathtub drain was completely clogged up I had a ask them to come fix it. They took care of these issues, but I was expecting to not have any.

Not a great experience. They charge $10 extra for parking. The view of the room was all blocked even though I had selected a room with a forest view and they refused to change it. Even with my Hilton gold membership, they refused to change it. The staff was rather rude. There was no breakfast included and the buffet was very mid. Definitely not worth the $24 they scalp for it.

Overall a nice facility and comfortable clean rooms. Although I did not park a vehicle, my fellow travellers had to pay for parking which I thought was unnecessary in a small town where parking is pretty much free elsewhere.

I didn't like being charged $10 to park way down the hill. Hidden fee. I didn't like getting ripped off for $40 and had a terrible mixup on rooms checking in. Putting railings up in a bathroom doesn't make it "Accessible". Try putting the towels IN the bathroom, not the cloet in the main room. Don't put the coffee pot out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. Don't put a timer on the bathroom light, a real problem for wheelchair bound. sit in a chair and try to look in the mirror in the bathroom. Fine if all you want to see is your forehead.

Scott’s Valley Hilton was a wonderful experience. The only down side was our room was not ready at 530 pm. They were professional and apologetic and made it right with an offer of free breakfast and a wonderful dinner recommendation. We went to dinner and it was ready before we returned! The hot tub was also on the cooler side but the rest of the facilities were perfect.

Nice hotel close to all attractions in the area. The only downfall was the mattress was hard as a rock and the toilet was not secure it would wobble when sitting.

The hotel was very clean, updated, and had half N half for in-room coffee which is rarely seen in hotels I have stayed at. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The gym was great. My only complaint was with the AC. The temperature would not cool down more than a couple of degrees and made the room too warm to sleep comfortably, even with the window cracked.

We have stayed at this property over the last 17 years. It has always been a pleasant stay. However, time is beginning to show on this property. This time, during a 7 day stay, housekeeping totally failed, when we requested our room be cleaned. We do not make many demands of a facility, but this time it was truly poor. The halls constantly had housekeeping materials and guest garbage sitting overnight unattended and not moved. Also, this property has decided to charge guests a $10/night parking fee, which is new and was not published on my reservation confirmation. Finally, we had paid in advance for this reservation. But after check out, we found we were charged an additional day. A call to management about the general state of the property and our overcharge has been ignored for over a week. In the future we will seriously consider using another property in the Scotts Valley area.

Toilet ran.. really annoying- the handle was literally hanging off the toilet- I wanted room service but the phone didn’t work. It kinda felt like they put me in a room that had maintenance issues. The breakfast room had no juice- you had to ask a person in a pantry- the reservation said you have a view of the forest- there’s one pine tree in front of the window which only opened a sliver with a view of the parking lot. The pool is tiny and jacuzzi closed for maintenance. Was always curious what it was like inside- the lobby is nice but you get a tourist vibe- I remember I walked in there years ago and the bar was inviting with a restaurant just beyond that- I didn’t even see the restaurant this time- it looked dark over there- I asked this guy who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off with towels if he liked his job at the Hilton- he said no they need to get more people. Oh yea you have to ask to get your room cleaned. They don’t just come around everyday and clean. Overall unimpressed.

The shower didn't work, the room was dirty, the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall a very poor experience considering this is Hilton and not a motel 6.
