Nice hotel with a pool not far from the seafront

Great location, short walk to train station, Old Town and beach. Outdoor pool. Shower very small due to age of hotel as a result, a bit dated but well kept, clean and friendly, helpful staff. Trains may be heard from time to time in rooms facing the station.

Nice and convnenient
The hotel was nice, clean and quiet (although next to the station). The size of the room was acceptable (but the bathroom and shower very small). The swimming pool was clean. The location was very near to the the center of the city. Free nearby parking was possible to find. The price was acceptable for what was offered. I would stay there again.

Very Nice stopover, much better than Villa Camilla
We only stayed here for one night, having moved out of Villa Camilla for the lack of aircon & wifi (even though we booked a room with these features) The Coccodrillo was far superior in every way - a comfortable room with wifi and aircon, also a nice well kept pool with robotic hoover. The seafront is closer than it looks on a map - only 5 minutes stroll. The hotel owners were very amicable and polite and if I visited Varazze again would use the Coccodrillo.

This hotel was full of resort charm; it was not within walking distance to the town center and it was on a hill that was difficult to navigate in a vehicle, but it had a terriffic "get-away" atmosphere. Classic Italian charm in architecture and decor and warm hospitality.

Good Hotel but the town itself is a bit run down. However the old town is nice and we found cheap drinks in a back street

Great place with wonderful staff and location
We really loved staying here and I was in Varazze a few days before at another place then was going to Nice, France for a few days and coming back to stay here and they were so kind and held my heavy suitcase. I would highly recommend this place and when you get out at the train station you turn left when you get down the stairs and go to an elevator or stairs and when you come out the hotel is a 2 minute walk around the corner. So easy and the beach is only a 5 minute walk to town.

Chambre rénovée familiale propre et jolie. Mais l’hôtel est entre le train et la route. Très bons doubles vitrages pour dormir !

Cet établissement nous a permis de faire une pause bien reposante durant notre trajet de retour vers la France. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil fort sympathique. La piscine est également très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était bien copieux.

Un po’ angusto
La struttura è piuttosto datata. Ho preso una stanza doppia a uso singolo ma rimaneva libero giusto lo spazio per camminare attorno al letto. Anche il bagno è molto piccolo pur se con una doccia nuova e ampia Segnalo la comodità del materasso e l’ottimo wi-fi. Manca una tenda oscurante e al mattino passa molta luce tramite le persiane. Il treno passa vicino ma c’è un buon isolamento acustico.

Grazie per la tua recensione. Siamo soddisfatti che, nonostante la camera economy a 60 Euro a notte, tu abbia trovato un buon materasso, la doccia nuova e ampia, l'ottimo wi-fi e un buon isolamento acustico. Al prossimo soggiorno ti suggeriamo di prenotare una camera comfort, magari un po' più costosa ma senz'altro più ampia.

empfehlenswertes Hotel
Sehr netter Empfang. Nachdem der Strand komplett voll war, hat sich die Dame vom Empfang für uns eingesetzt und uns einen Platz reserviert. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und machte insgesamt einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Frühstück war für Italien recht umfangreich mit frischen Kuchen, Obstsalat, Wurst und Käse. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Auto konnte man auf dem Hotel eigenen zugeschlossenen Parkplatz abstellen und den ganzen Urlaub stehen lassen, da Strand und Restaurants Fuß läufig gnu erreichen waren. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Der Pool ist sehr sauber und das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon, das war nicht so gut. Auch gibt es wenig Möglichkeiten die nassen Sachen aufzuhängen. Das Personal war nett.

Ok ophold på et lidt slidt hotel.
Et ganske hyggeligt hotel, dog lidt slidt. Ligger ganske tæt på togstation med en del støj til følge. Små veje omkring med ingen mulighed for parkering. Hotellet har adgang til parkeringsplads som du kan tilkøbe for EUR 10 om dagen. Fik parkeret min bil af hotellet, dog under et træ, med en ret klistret bil til følge. Heldigvis uden skader på lakken. Alt i alt et udemærket ophold i hyggelig lille by med små butikker og en ok havnefront.

Tutto eccellente, accoglienza, personale, camere, pulizia, colazione e piscina. Camera climatizzata con modalità notte, non si sente alcun fruscio è si dorme divinamente. E' una struttura ottima su tutti gli aspetti..... unica pecca ma di poca importanza, non c'è il frigo in camera.... Situato in zona tranquilla a 5 min. a piedi dalla spiaggia. Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura.

Schönes neu renoviertes Hotel in Strandnähe
Kleines Hotel mit sehr schönem, neu renoviertem und modernen Zimmer. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhig gelegen und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss im Städtchen und an der Beach. Würden jederzeit wieder im Coccodrillo buchen

Sehr gutes Hotel Nähe Strand mit Schönem Pool
Wir sind sehr freundlich im Hotel empfangen worden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.Wir hatten uns sofort Wohlgefühlt. Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Pool wird sehr gut sauber gehalten. Auch die Außenanlagen wird täglich gehegt und gepflegt. Und das Essen ist wunderbar!!! Alles in allem ein tolles familiengeführtes Haus. Es war ein super Urlaub.
