Winter reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM. Friday: 9 AM to noon and 4 PM to 8 PM. Saturday: 8 AM to noon and 2 PM to 10 PM. Sunday: 8 AM to noon and 5 PM to 8 PM.
Please note:
Upon arrival, please check in either at the Belles Challes reception in the Holiday Residence Maeva Les Pagodes du Charvet, or at the Thuria reception in the Holiday Residence Maeva Charmettoger.
For single week stays room keys can only be collected after 5 PM and departure is before 10 AM; for short stays arrival is after 10 AM from Sunday to Friday and Saturday after 2 PM, departure is before noon.
Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.

“Séjour confortable”

Nous étions 4 adultes dans un appartement pour 6 et c'était bien. A 6 on se serait un peu marché dessus. Très propre et cuisine bien équipé. Pas de casiers pour les skis. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps car l'adresse exacte n'était indiqué nul part et les indications données par Maeva étaient très imprécises. Les appartements se trouvent à differents endroits de la station.

“Residence Maeva Charvet et Villards : au pied des pistes les Arcs”

Résidence bien située, au coeur du village et donc à proximité des remontées mécaniques, et commerces. Cependant, nous avons noté quelques soucis au niveau du chauffage et de la qualité le l'installation.

appartements bien situés, accueil trop éloigné cependant et surtout l'heure d'accueil trop tardive (17 heures), préférable vers 15 heures
