“A éviter”

Nous avions réservé (nous et nos 3 enfants) dans cet hotel au dernier moment afin de repartir le lendemain très tôt pour eviter les bouchons des montées aux stations de ski. Classique. Nous étions impatients d'arriver et de profiter de la piscine, sauna...de l'hotel, enfin c'est ce que nous pensions (voir intitulé l'hotel). Nous apprenons que l'accès à la piscine est payant (autour de 10 € !), bon d'accord. Mais à ce prix (x 5 !) nous sommes en droit d'éspérer un service derrière non ? Pour aller vite : eau limite fraiche, 3 cabines pour tout le monde (10 clients à attendre dans le couloir), attente vraiment longue au vestiaire, les enfants ne sont pas du tout les bienvenus et cela se sent, bref mauvais moment ! Le diner : véritablement indigne, si j'étais client mystère chez Mercure je pense que le manager irait s'occuper d'un 2 étoiles d'entrée de ville.C'était minable (saumon collant au papier alu, volaille infâme), incroyable. Nous avons qd même gardé le sourire en lisant le menu : incompréhensible, nous n'étions pas les seuls à douter de notre intelligence ! Bref nous prenions tout cela avec le sourire car le personnel est agréable. Nous restons quand même étonnés de la nullité du restaurant au sein d'un Mercure 4*, nous n'avions jamais vu ça ! (suivant l'expression consacrée !).
