“Savannah, GA on my mind!”
Very nice hotel. It is a few blocks away from River Walk which was fine with me. We did not have to put up with all the noise. All staff members that we encountered were wonderful. It was diffucult to find space in self parking at times.
“"for KP this is the Hotel for ME"”
Better than expected! My sister and I had never been to the St Paddy Parade in Sav so expecting it to be busy we arrived at our hotel about 5 hrs before we could check in. The Valet (Michael) was very helpful not since the hotel was on the parade route he took our car and directed us to a great local eatery J Christophers (gotta check this place out) . After we ate we had a birds eye veiw of the parade which we stayed till the end, then to kill some time we walked to the river walk just mins away to Wet Wilies and the Candy Factory. Walked back to hotel where we were greeted by Kimberly who checked us in. Hotel was beautiful apon entry and the room was spacious and clean we got a good veiw of the neighbor hood and the bridge in the distance. Location Location Location it was close to everything!!! We WILL BE staying in this hotel again definitely!!! We chose to have valet park our vehicle due to the difference in cost wasnot significant enough to waste time parking my own vehicle. The service was timely and very prompt even with the hotel being full I had no trouble getting my vehicle when I needed it. Staff was VERY HELPFUL from the valet (MICHAEL) and reception staff (KIMBERLY AND JAY) to the bellman (CHRISTOPHER) to housekeeping and maintaince (CHARLES AND BOBBY)!!!! I only wished they had a Jacuzzi tub with the poo to help sooth my muscles after partingl!!!!! MY FAMILY AND I WILL. BE. BACK. LOVED THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
“Great location in historic district”
My sister and I came from Oregon to celebrate her birthday in Savannah. Our hotel location was ideal for walking and exploring the beautiful historic district and we felt safe there. When we needed driving directions or any assistance, help was given in a very pleasant manner. The hotel beds were so comfortable!
“All-around great choice!”
Loved the location (we walked everywhere in the historic district) and the price was right! My only complaint is that there was only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, but room service brought us more when we called about it.
“One of the nicest hotels in Savannah”
It was a great place to stay right in the middle of the historic district. Great place to just relax and enjoy yourself. Had a great pool that was warm and good place for the kids to play.
“Southern Hospitality and style will stay there again.”
Our family was very impressed with the service and cleaniness of this hotel, we would stay there again. They were very helpful with directions for driving and sightseeing. Tour Tolley will pick you up right at the hotel prearranged with hotel. The dining room is wonderful great breakfast and lunch buffets food is good!!! This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all historial attaction, shopping and resturants. We would definitly stay there again.
“A great cental location in the historic district.”
Lovely hotel with all the amenities. Very clean, Staff helpful and friendly. Beds out of this world. Lovely view from our 5th floor window, just wished we had a room with a balcony. Great place to walk from-centrally located in the historic district. Parking was expensive but you can go in and out at will.
“Great Hotel!!!!!”
A friend and I went to Savannah for a kind of "girls weekend." We looked mainly for a hotel in the middle of town where we knew we would be safe. Even though it was a little more expensive than most hotels in the area, it was definitely worth it!! We needed a corkscrew at 11:00 Saturday night and within 10 minutes someone brought it the door. The place is gorgeous and the bar is fantastic. The only complaints that I had were the walls are very thin and our room was right next to the elevator. You can hear everything. The parking is expensive but I guess worth it in Savannah where it is so hard to find a parking spot. Get a room with a balcony, they have great views of the city. All in all I would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone.
“Christmas weekend with pet”
We stayed over Christmas weekend (3 nights) with our pet dog (35 pounds). The entire staff, from the front desk at check-in, to the room service staff, to the housekeeping staff, were entirely gracious and wonderfully hospitable to my wife and I as well as our pet. The hotel location is just about perfect! Convenience stores just steps away, and within walking distance to the River Street area. The room faced the river (with a beautiful view of the bridge) and had a king-size bed. It was impeccably made up each day, even to the standards of my wife (whose cleanliness standards, especially for bathrooms, are unmatched). We would definitely (and probably will) stay again!
“Savannah Can't wait to see you again”
Awesome hotel and beautiful city despite the humidity at the end of June!
