“WILL STAY THERE WHEN WE GO BACK”

THIS HOTEL IS VERY NICE WITH REASONABLE RATES. GOOD LOCATION FOR MYSTIC LAKE CASINO, MALL OF AMERICA AND RESTAURANTS.

“It was okay”

No pool in July?!?! Played in a HOT softball tournament all day only to find out the pool was being worked on. OMG!

“Nice Hotel but no elevator”

The hotel was clean and nice, however there is no elevator. So lugging your luggage up 3 floors is not a good time. Stafff was very friendly and free breakfast was good.

“Not impressed”

The first night, our toilet overflowed. Then there was mold/mildew on the window curtain, making the room smell. The front desk person kept sitting outside smoking and talking to friends or guests and we had to keep going out to find her. They stayed three days and they only gave us coffee packets for the first morning. They never told us that their pool was out of commission due to major repairs/remodeling and when we arrived, we were very disappointed. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and they never compared to this hotel. Then I was going to relax and take a bath, and the drain wouldn't hold the water. Extremely disappointed. However, the positive was that their continental breakfast was fantastic. Fresh fruit, lots to eat, and very clean.

“TERRIBLE COMFORT INN”

This is the WORST Comfort Inn I have ever been too. My family and I went there with the understanding that there was a pool... the pool ended up being under construction. I always got a non- smoking room but the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, fleas were eating me and my husband and kids. The staff was very grubby looking as well. i would not recommend this place to my dog!!
