“Great location”

“Staff need workk with their customer service”

the room was extremely clean and comfortable, the breafast was great. The staff coulduse some work with their attitude toward customers who have been traveling for long periods of time. I have stayed in MANY hotels and i have to say the greeting at both breakfast and check in was less than pleasurable. Again the hotel was fantastic the staff need some work with customerr service.

Courteous and efficient staff, clean room, great shower and nice breakfast, despite the fact it was on a main street the room was very quiet, great sleeping after a long day on the road, close to eateries, all in all a great hotel.

“Top notch ...for the most part!”

Overall we enjoyed our stay over the two nights and three days, however we did have a problem with our bathroom light burning out the last night. It was too late in the morning to have it fixed in time for regular check-out and we were not granted a late check-out. Because of this we also missed the continental breakfast.

“Reasonable Accommodation at a Reasonable Rate”

Well located hotel with ample parking. Rates are resonable but found interior of hallways and room somewhat dark and gloomy. Breakfast menu is limited and needs some upgrading to "healthy" type foods.
