“Clean, cheap stay”

This hotel was wonderful for the price. Rooms were clean, nice pool w/ hot tub, great continental breakfast.

“Excellent place to stay in the Sault”

We stayed only one night, but were very happy with the choice we made. The hotel looks like it has been recently updated and the appearance is warm and homey. The pool was nice size. The whirlpool was wonderful as was the sauna room. They offered a breakfast that included waffles and such that looked wonderful. The service was pleasant. We would defintely stay here again.

“We'd Definitely Stay There Again”

The hotel is very easy to find and check-in was flawless. Although the room was prepaid, the desk clerk asked for a major credit card to cover an other charges, damages etc - that is pretty well the norm and we didn't mind that. The room was absolutely spotless - we had a room with king size bed - everything was coloured "white" and super clean. Oddly enough, however, the room was for a disabled person the main room was a bit smaller than normal but the bathroom was huge. Only two negative comments here - poor design for a disable room to be on the third floor of a hotel (elevators are always shut off during emergencies) and it took 1 hour for the tub to fill for a bath! The salt water pool, hot tub and sauna were extremely well kept and we also enjoyed the hot/cold morning breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and the only recommendation I would make to the hotel is to have an area outside where people can "sit, veg, and watch the world go by...). We would definitely stay there again!

“Great place to stay.”

We had a slight problem with our check in because we had to change our reservation by one day. We called the hotel and was asked if this was possible. My husband was told yes, not a problem. The only thing is we booked thru expedia and wasn't told we needed to go back thru them to make the change. When we arrived because of the change the confirnmation number wouldn't work but Joel was working the front desk and he did everything including lettting us into our room and helping us get everything straightened out in a timely fashion. We would book again thru expedia and at the same hotel.

The hotel was great. The staff were great. The breakfast left little to be desired. Same boring stuff and seating way to small for such a large hotel. Pool was clean and refreshing and well managed. Double beds are small but extremely comfortable.I would recommend this hotel motel. Shopping is great in the area with Walmart, Kmart, 2 dollar store right across the street and down the road a little.

The room in this hotel was very clean, though a bit small. The full breakfast included with the room was a nice surprise as we thought it was continental breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the area was very nice and clean.

The linens were exceptionally clean and soft. The blanket was the cleanest I've seen ... and it was all white. Very tasteful. The entire room and bathroom were clean... and no odors. The room was small, but that was no problem. Nice breakfast. Nice pool area, whirlpool, and sauna, which we did not have time for, but would have used if we could have. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything was maintained... and impressed. I would definitely stay there, next time we are in the area.
