Positive: Decor! Negatives: 1. No towels in pool/hot tub area. I had to go to the front desk dripping wet and the front desk representative apologized when handing me towels. Advisedly, many guests were using the pool facilities including a busload of ringette players, staff were attempting to replenished the supply. Oddly enough, I observed several other guests going to the front desk where they obtained towels, I spoke with some guests who were getting towels from their rooms. It would be nice if a sign was posted at the pool entrance advising there were no towels in the pool area as many guests assumed there were towels inside and when they'd finished swimming, they were suck dripping wet without means to dry off.. 2. Apparently, someone concluded the hot tub should be shut down. I used it prior to going to the front desk to get towels, my 13 year old granddaughter remained in the hot tub. She left the hot tub and came to the pool entrance door to take the towels I'd obtained at the front desk she then returned to the hot tub. I went to our room. Within a few minutes she returned to my room, advisedly a female member of a ringette team told her she had to get out of the sauna because the chemicals were too high. This person then pushed a button on the wall and the hot tub's motors stopped running. I spoke with the front desk who advised an employee had told people the unit was not to be used. Why was an "Out of Use" sign not posted?

Clean! Staff is friendly, competent and efficient! Great common areas, and rooms are quiet. No restaurant in hotel, but lota of nearby options.

We would love to house everyone for longer, though sometimes it's simply not feasible. I see you checked out at 10:30 AM that day though, so it looks like you had a change of heart for even our standard extended checkout time! Beds are hard as rock, most uncomfortable beds ever. Breakfast included, the waffle maker sticks every waffle so it comes out all broken and stuck in pan, juices are your 5 year old juice boxed totally gross! Eggs were cold fruits were brown, milk almost at expiry date! Definitely not a Fairfield Inn to be proud off! I stay at two others and they have a juice machine with fresh juices, this was nasty!!

Good morning Kim;I am sorry you didn't get the stay you expected, Our bed are Serta brand; pillow top mattresses, but we know mattress firmness is a personal preference. Our waffle iron does get very hot, so we have a waffle iron spray that's right beside it to prevent the waffle batter from sticking. We have three different fruit to offer, Apples, oranges and bananas that we order twice a week, I checked on the fruit today and found it to be perfect, I'll have to check with our breakfast associates to see what transpired during your visit. And we absolutely have juice boxes for our guests while our juice machine is under repair, I figured making sure a variety of beverages being available was better than none. Again, I apologize you found these conditions unsatisfactory and hope if you travel this way again you might consider trying us again.Travel safe.
